1 Visa Requirements CHINA - GBTA Conference Required Documents Checklist ALL TRAVELERS must include the following documents in your package to G3: Your original valid signed passport, plus one photocopy of the information/photo page. It must have one or more blank visa pages and more than six months before expiry. Non-US citizens must provide their original Alien Registration Card (A.R.C.) or U.S. Visa and I-94. Please Note: G3 can only process visas for legal residents of USA; if you reside outside USA you must apply at a Chinese consulate in your country of residence. One completed and signed visa application form (attached). Non-US Citizens must also complete the supplemental application. (Applicants who reside in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont require a different application; please GBTA@g3visas.com to obtain this.) One passport-style (2"x2") photograph taken within the last 6 months. It must be on photo paper and have a plain white background. A copy of your state-issued driver's license. A copy of the flight itinerary. A business letter from their U.S. company. This letter must explain the purpose of the trip and provide a financial guarantee. It must be on letterhead and signed by a representative of the company other than the applicant. A sample is attached. Confirmation of GBTA Conference attendance or exhibition. NOTES: Current or former nationals of France, China, Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan should contact G3 for further instructions and requirements. It is extremely difficult to expedite visa processing once an application has been submitted to the consulate. Requests to expedite the processing after the application has been submitted will result in significant additional charges. Visas will be processed in 5-7 business days; please contact GBTA@g3visas.com if you require faster processing. Send all required documents along with the completed Visa Order Form to G3 using a service with tracking such as FedEx or UPS. Please see the following page for jurisdictional delivery addresses.
