The company employs nearly 300 people, of which over 40% are professional and technical personnel having the national certificates. Since 2013, the company has been closely cooperated with China Petroleum University, Yangtze University, Shenyang University of Technology, Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering, CNPC Drilling Research Institute and many other scientific research institutes, to ensure the technical sophistication of products.
