6 (PET Heat-shrinkable Tube Inspect Method) 目的 : 为防止 PET 套管二次收缩及确保收缩稳定性检验方法 : 产品中取样进行下列测试 : ( 一 ) 外观 : 以目视检查套管表面是否有刮伤明显斑点弯曲印字是否残缺或模糊不清 ( 二 ) 折径 : 用数显游标卡尺测量其折径是否符合 PET 热缩套管规格特性表 ( 三 ) 厚度 : 用数显千分尺测量其单面厚度是否符合 PET 热缩套管规格特性表 ( 四 ) 横向收缩率 : 取 10cm 长度, 将套管张开成圆柱状, 置于 98±2 沸水中 30 秒后取出, 将其压偏对折, 量取宽度, 进行计算 : L1- 收缩前的宽度 L2- 收缩后的宽度 L1 L X 100% = 横向收缩率 L1 ( 五 ) 纵向收缩率 : 同第 4 项操作方法相同, 用钢尺量取长度, 算其纵向收缩率 ( 六 ) 耐高温胶管 ( 耐二次收缩 ) 之评价方法 : (a) 取 10cm 长度套管 (b) 将套管放入可恒温控制且热风循环之热烘箱中, 于 (180±2) 恒温烤箱中, 放置 15 分钟后取出, 量取长度, 算其高温收缩率计算方法同第 4 项操作相同要求标准见 PET 热缩套管规格特性表 ( 七 ) 硅油试验 : (a) 将 PET 套管套上清洗烘干后的电容器裸品, 并用热风使其收缩完整 (b) 经 105 Х1 小时充电老化后 ( 或烘箱烘烤 ) ( c) 将上述电容器放入 (160±2) 的恒温硅油中, 悬挂 3 分钟 (d) 取出冷却后观察要求标准 : 外观无破裂, 上下套管覆盖符合要求 Introduction of inspect method (1) The test method for lateral shrinkable ratio is as follows: a. Put 100 mm plastic tube sample into boiled water (98±2 )and remain for 30 seconds. b. Take the sample out and cool it down, measure the width of the tube with digital-displayed slide caliper and calculate according to the following formula: L1 L2 S = X 100% L1 S:Lateral Shrinkage ratio L1: Lateral width before shrink L2: Lateral width after shrink (2) The test method for longitudinal shrinkable ratio is same as lateral shrinkable ratio. (3) The test method for high temperature longitudinal shrinkable ratio is as follows: a. Take 100 mm sample plastic tube, put into a drying oven which can keep the temperature and provide circled wind, remain for 15 minutes under (180±2) condition. b.
