Overall Trends of 2017-2018 Recruitment Season 2017-2018 Looking back over the past year, we are pleased to share our employment highlights and recruitment trends with a sense of achievement.

7 of the graduates reported having received at least one offer and 93.1 accepted an offer. 65.7 of the graduates leveraged CEIBS school resources for job-seeking and 86.

This year, recruiting in the Technology sector boomed, reaching similar levels as recruiting in Financial Services, followed by Manufacturing, Healthcare and Consulting.

3 Overall Trends of Recruitment Season Looking back over the past year, we are pleased to share our employment highlights and recruitment trends with a sense of achievement. During the recruitment season, 312 companies offered a total of 879 opportunities to the school s MBA students via the Career Development Center (CDC). Within three months after graduation, 93.7 of the graduates reported having received at least one offer and 93.1 accepted an offer of the graduates leveraged CEIBS school resources for job-seeking and 86.1 successfully switched their career post MBA graduation. Both placement rate and career switch rate increased to a historical high level in the past 5 years. This year, recruiting in the Technology sector boomed, reaching similar levels as recruiting in Financial Services, followed by Manufacturing, Healthcare and Consulting. Hot areas such as Blockchain, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) attracted more students to join and develop their careers. CEIBS MBA Career Development Center MBA Located in the world s most dynamic city Shanghai the CEIBS MBA Program is able to attract elite students from an excellent international pool. The students demand only the best from themselves, thrive on challenges, and leave CEIBS equipped with hard and soft skills that allow them to make immediate contributions to business organizations. This year, with local Chinese companies catching up and going global, there was a much greater demand for high-profile international talents. Leveraging this trend, we launched the Localization Program and held the first Chinese Enterprise Forum Step Forward with Globalizing Chinese Enterprises to nurture student career interests and growing recruiter hiring demands. These new approaches dramatically promoted the students career development with local Chinese enterprises and expanded the international students job searching 312 CDC MBA MBA MBA channels. Chinese enterprises hired almost the same percentage of graduates as Foreign Enterprises did. Among the top 10 employers, 4 employers are Chinese Enterprises. In terms of working location, students working in mainland China are more diversified; together with China Depth discovery, more of our MBA students were successfully placed in international markets, further enhancing CEIBS Global Breadth of placed international students landed jobs in Asia, and among them, 44.8 successfully found jobs in China.
