The Impact of Libya's Turmoil Situation on African Security WANG Jinyan Wang Jinyan Ph. D Assistant Research Fellow Institute of West-Asian and African Studies Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Abstract The security in Libya fell into a dangerous situation after Libyan w ar. Its security problems and state reconstruction hinder each other now the former is more and more serious the latter is stagnant. The security problems in Libya also exert negative impact on regional security through many ways mainly on North Africa and Sahel which made the security in Africa become deteriorate and complicated. Dealing with the security problems in Libya and the Africa the solution of security problems in Libya should be firstly taken into consideration which needs the compromising within the country the cooperation in the Africa as well as the international support. As for the security management in the region it still takes a heavy burden and embarks on a long run it can not be well solved without collaboration among many sides keeping pace with the times and working together with terror management in all over the world.
