Although South Korea's domestic and foreign policy from the macro exists differences between the Left and Right distinction from the micro policies it is obviously influenced by personal impacts. Because Korean society is a classic human society the social labeling and the network determine the individual's emotional and policy preferences. In the analysis of Members' social backgrounds such as gender and blood type blood and geography education experience career special experiences and other factors determine the activities and values of the Members these factors finally determine the basic direction of policy-making. These social background factors multidimensional influenced the legislative activities of Members and parliamentary political development in ROK.
