A practical application module was designed using Web2. 0 technology. System performance was optimized by using various techniques which improved the system safety reliability and browsing speed. Utilizing this system users can effectively supervise their equipments realizing the opening of the equipment management improving the equipment utilization efficiency and benefits. the present study provides a new idea to promote the ordering of equipment resources and the popular of the construction maintenance.
