Therefore the objective of this article is to introduce how to use RevMan 5 for performing meta-analysis of DTA. In addition we also introduced how to organize data from DTA and input the data like the format of " intervention review" for calculating the pooled positive likelihood ratio pooled negative likelihood ratio and pooled diagnostic odds ratio.
