Wu in 1967, subsequently developing into a joint venture with Toray Industries. Inc. and Mitsubishi Corporation Co., Ltd. The initial capital was NT $16 million, a figure that had increased by the end of 29 to NT $14.5 billion, making it a category 1 stock company on the TSEC. The total number of employees is currently 2,3 with more than 12, shareholders and NT $32.4 billion assets. The company finished construction in May 197 and began operation immediately after. The European Union has legislated that the antimony (Sb) content of the textile must be lower than 3ppm for applying the certificate of "ECO labels". SSFC has developed a new polymerization process by using Sb-free catalysts which contains no heavy metal to meet the requirements of the EU market.
