Abstract Nowadays, enterprises are competed more intensive then before. So cost and speed become the key of survival. And because of supply chain members exist many communication barriers, so that leads highly inventory and lonely lead time. Then, they can t instantly response to the final customer s need. In the recent years, many enterprises begin to implement Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment () mechanism. not only require one party s involved, but also need both side s coordinative operation. Therefore, this article will focus on Rexon Industrial Corp, the first Taiwan enterprise implements three-tier. And use Afuah & Tucci s operation performance figure to analysis Rexon s operative model. We need to study Rexon s strategy to know the reason that they implement electronic system. Finally, we will introduce Rexon s three-tier operation model to hope to become the benchmarking example for the global industries. Keywords Electronic strategy,
