Day 3 El Calafate (Hotel breakfast/local lunch/patagonian dinner) This morning, visit to the Perito Moreno Glacier located at Los Glaciares National Park (2hrs drive from El Calafate) then walk along the walkways admiring different perspectives of the Glacier. There are seven balconies or viewpoints, located at different heights and distances from the glacier, connected by paths and stairs. From the highest balcony, you will see the amazing surface of the glacier, the northernn and southern face. Drive to the pier Bajo de Las Sombras, located only 1km from the Hosteria. This excursion takes you on a cruise (1 hour) across Brazo Rico, passing by icebergs, which have called off the south front of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Reaching the Icebergs Channel, the boat will stop at a safe distance from the glacier, continuing to sail down its entire front, allowing spectacular view of the high walll of ice. Evening, proceed to La Usina by enjoying the view of Patagonia! La Usina a small valley in the middle of the native Patagonic woods. After lunch, proceed for half day city tours beginning on the main avenues in the city s civic center. Day 7 Santiago (3:45hrs) Lima, Peru (1:15hrs) Cusco (Hotel breakfast/local dinner) This morning, transfer to Santiago Airport for our flight to Cusco via Lima. Cusco-South America s archaeological capital and oldest continuously inhabited city, Cuzco is now an important link in the region s travel network. Transfer to hotel for check-in after dinner. Day 8 Cusco (74km) Ollantaytambo (20km) Urubamba Valley (Sacred Valley) (Hotel breakfast/local lunch/hotel dinner) Transfer towards Sacred Valley of the Incas, a succession of picturesque towns, agricultural terraces and archaeological sites. Photo stop when we on the way to have a classic view of the Urubamba Valley with crops dressing the mountains like carpets. Enjoy Urubamba lunch with complimentary drink of Pisco Sour, Cheers! Visit the Archaeological complex of Pisac (32km north of Cusco), the most complete Inca Archaeological site after Machu Picchu and visit the colorful market located in Pisac (the Sacred Valley) high in the Peruvian Andes near Cuzco, historic capital of the Incan Empire. Visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo (72km from Cusco) one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the Inca Empire. Day 9 Urubamba Valley Ollantaytambo Machu Picchu Cusco (Hotel breakfast/local lunch & dinner) Early morning, transfer to Ollantaytambo train station and board on the Peruvian Inca Rail Train (6.30am-first train) to the legendary of Machu Picchu (2,460 meters above sea level) also known as the Lost City of the Incas. It was declared as UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE site in 1983 and voted as the New Seven Wonders of the World in This train arrives at the Aguas Calientes train station, where we will transfer to a motor-coach for 30 minutes winding journey up to the marvelous Citadel. Upon arrival, guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Plaza, Circular Tower, Sacred Sun Dial (the most important Intihuatana), Royal Quarters, Temple of Three Windows and various burial grounds. Transfer back by train to Poray station and continue journey back to Cusco. Day 10 Cusco (1:25hrs) Lima (Hotel breakfast/local lunch/seafood dinner) After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Lima, the capital and largest city of Peru. Founded by Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro on 1535, also known as The City of Kings. Begin city orientation tour to see Archbishop Palace, Plaza Mayor, The City Hall and the Cathedral. Day 11 Lima (2:15hrs) Guayaquil, Ecuador (Hotel breakfast/local lunch/seafood dinner) After breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Guayaquil, known as the Pearl of the Pacific is the largest and the most populous city in Ecuador.

3 After lunch, begins the city orientation tour with a stop at the Administration Plaza where can see the City Hall, the Sucre Monument and the Seminario Park, also known as the Iguana Park. Continue the ride to the Southern Melecon 2000 where you will appreciate the Integration Plaza with its famous Southern Marketplace and Cristal Palace. Next, visit the Olmedo Plaza and see the monument to Jose Joaquin Olmedo, the first mayor of Guayaquil. Then, proceed to the Morisca Tower for excellent views of the city and the famous monument of the 4 elements of the planet. Walk toward the Rotonda Monument with the statues of Simon Bolivar and San Martin. We will end our tour in the oldest part of the city in which you will have the opportunity to climb the numerous steps until the Cerro Santa Ana and watch Guayaquil and the river Guayas. Day 12 Guayaquil (1:50hrs) Galápagos Islands (Hotel breakfast/local lunch & dinner) After breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Galápagos Islands. The Galápagos Islands are known as Enchanted Islands due to their overwhelming beauty and biodiversity. Upon arrival Baltra Airport, meet and transfer to the main town of Santa Cruz Island, Puerto Ayora the most populous town in Galápagos Islands. After lunch, visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station which you will learn about natural history, issues concerning the islands, and see the giant tortoise breeding and rearing project at work. You can see different generations of tortoise and also the famous and the rarest creature in the world -Lonesome George, who is the only survivor of his species of Pinta Island. Day 13 Galápagos Islands (Hotel breakfast/local lunch & dinner) Today, aboard a cruise to the Plazas Islands, the twins islands located off the east coast of Santa Cruz. Begins our journey with a dry landing. The rocky trail circumnavigates the islands displaying the combination of dry and coastal vegetation zone. The island is home to enormous prickly pear cactus and the endemic succulent sesuvium. These succulents with almond-shaped leaves change its color from intense green in the rainy season and to red in the dry seasons giving the island an unusual appearance. South Plaza has one of the largest populations of land iguanas, it is also home to marine iguanas living along the coast and a hybrid iguana whose fathers are marine iguanas and mothers are land iguanas. The iguanas seem to be everywhere once you land. After lunch, free on your own leisure. You will have the opportunity to snorkel and swim at Punta Carrion. Day 14 Galápagos Islands (2hrs) Quito (Hotel breakfast/local dinner) After breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Quito - the capital city of Ecuador! It was the first World Cultural Heritage Site declared by UNESCO. Day 15 Quito (Hotel breakfast/local lunch & dinner) Morning excursion to Pululahua Geobotanical Reserves, the first National Park in Ecuador and in South America to protect this unique place. It is a caldera formed from a collapsed volcano due to a very strong eruption that weakens the internal structure of a volcano. The caldera has three lava domes, Pondona, El Chivo and Pan de Azucar, which formed in the years following the eruption, and after the volcano collapsed. Then continue our journey to the Equatorial Monument, which marks the exact Middle of the World, latitude 0º. The monument was built during the 17 th century when the French-Spanish expedition determined the position of the equator. Here you can have one of the most unique experiences in your life: standing with one foot on the Northern Hemisphere and with the other one in the Southern Hemisphere! After this, we will visit the adjacent park which has leisure facilities and looks like typical Spanish style colonial village and an ethnological museum. Next, visit the Museum of the Sun (Museo de Sol) where we will learn about Incas and their knowledge. Afternoon, visit downtown Quito to relish in this urban jewel and its treasures of art and architecture. You will visit Guapulo, where you have a beautiful view of the Valle de los Chillos and the eastern Andes. Following the tour, visit the beautiful renewed colonial centre with the Independence Square, the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Francisco and Church la Compañia which is bath in Gold, an impressive local art. To finish with the city tour, visit the Panecillo, a small hill middle of the city with a fabulous view of the 45 km long and 4 km wide city and the snow-capped volcanoes. Day 16 Quito (2:20hrs) Lima, Peru (4:45hrs) Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hotel breakfast/local dinner) This morning, transfer to Quito Airport for flight to Sao Paulo via Lima. Welcome to Sao Paulo, named after Saint Paul, is the world third s largest city and the largest in South America. It is also the major industrial and economic powerhouse of the Brazilian economy. Day 17 Sao Paulo (1:35hrs) Iguassu Falls, Brazilian side (Hotel breakfast/local dinner) This morning, city orientation tour to visit the largest Cathedral in Sao Paulo Praca Da Se Cathedral is the Cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Sao Paulo and admire with the beautiful stained glass windows; Pátio do Colégio - the exact place where São Paulo City was founded; the Obelisco Monument to the heroes of the 1932 s Revolution and a Monument to the Bandeiras (Bandeiras were expeditions of brave men who went inland to first explore gold and other precious minerals It took place about a century after Brazil s discovery); Pass thru Higienopolis and Avenida Paulista, the most important financial center of South America the exclusive Morumbi neighborhood and the impressive Governor s Palace. Photo stop at Liberdade ( freedom in Poruguese) is Sao Paulo s Asian Japanese Market district. This evening, transfer to airport for your night flight to Foz do Iguazu. Day 18 Iguassu Falls, Brazilian side (Hotel breakfast/local dinner)

4 Today, we will visit the Brazilian side of the falls which is famous for the panoramas of spectacular Iguassu. We will walk on the trail which along the river with its many smaller falls to the base of the biggest falls where a catwalk extends out over the brink of series of falls which make up Devil s Throat. At a vantage point you will have a panoramic and spectacular view of the 275 falls. Continue journey to Argentina for an overnight stay. Day 19 Iguazu Falls, Argentinean side (1:55hrs) Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Hotel breakfast/local dinner) Morning, visit the Iguassu Falls, Argentinean side. In the northeast of the country, in the border with Brazil you will find the most overwhelming falls in the world. The Iguazu River plunges into a gorge of over 275 falls along 4km completely surrounded by a dense tropical forest. We will enjoy the traditional circuits in the Iguazu National Park; the Upper Circuit and the Lower Circuit. The Upper Circuit guarantees spectacular panoramic views of the falls and the Lower Circuit will give you a close-up views. In the evening, transfer to airport for return flight to Rio de Janeiro. Day 20 Rio de Janeiro (Hotel breakfast/local dinner) This morning, disembark at the top of Corcovado Hill (710 meters) and proceed up to the steps that lead to the top lookout, where the towering statue of Christ Redeemer stands, it had been declared as one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World in From here, you can have a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro, the Guanabara Bay, Niteoroi, Flamengo, the famous Sugar Loaf, Tijuca National Park, Botafogo and Copacabana. Visit to Sugar Loaf worldwide symbol of Rio de Janeiro and offers the most beautiful views of the city. It is a combination of two mountains reached by a cable car. The 1 st cable car called Morro da Urca is 220 meters high and offers a beautiful view of the Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Botafogo and Flamengo, the local airport and the Rio- Niteroi Bridge. From this stage, the 2 nd cable car will take you up to the top of the second mountain, with 395 meters above sea level, to find a splendid view of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress and some beaches of Niteroi.
