9 Open to see full benefit schedule It s easy to manage your cover online The Now Health International website is designed to make it simpler to manage your international health insurance, from accessing your policy documents to tracking your claim. Access your information from anywhere With Now Health, all your details are stored in your secure online portfolio (currently only available in English), which you can access 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. You can view and download all your documents from here, including your certificate of insurance, policy wording, and any form you might need to manage your policy. Track your claims online If you ve had to pay for medical treatment up front and need to claim back your expenses, you can track the status of your claims online. As soon as we have received your claim, we will notify you by or SMS if you have chosen this option. You can then track the status of your claim using your secure online portfolio. Don t forget, as long as your claim is under RMB 3,000 per medical condition, you can us your claim form and a scanned receipt. We will settle eligible claims within five working days so the process is fast and efficient.
