(HANDAMAYAM ABHINHAPACCA- VEKHANAPĀTHAM BHANĀMA SE) (1) JARĀDHAMMOMHI JARAM ANATITO (Female: ANATĪTĀ) (2) BYĀDHIDHAMMOMHI BYĀDHIM ANATĪTO (Female: ANATĪTĀ) (3) MARANADHAMMOMHI MARA- NAM ANATĪTO (Female: ANATITĀ) (4) SABBEHI ME PIYEHI MANĀPEHI NĀNĀBHĀVO VINĀBHĀVO (5) KAMMASSAKOMHI KAMMADĀYĀDO (Female: KAM- MADĀYĀDĀ) KAMMAYONI KAMMABANDHU KAMMAPATISARANO (Female:KA- MMAPATISARANĀ), YAM KAMMAM KARISSAMI KALYANAM VĀ PĀPAKAM VĀ, TASSA DĀYĀDO (Female:DĀYĀDĀ) BHAVISSAMI, EVAM AMHEHI ABINHAM PACCAVEKKHITABBAM. 出家众诵虽然世尊 离垢 正觉, 已久远涅盘, 以信心故, 我们从家来到非家向世尊修学圣洁清净的梵行, 诸比丘 ( 沙弥 ) 具足了戒律与法, 为养活生命的工具 愿以此修习奉行清净梵行的力量, 此苦聚, 让它们完全地止息吧! 在家众诵虽然世尊, 离垢 正觉 已久远涅盘, 不过我们还是以他为皈依处, 皈依法与皈依僧 我们将尽力的随智随力, 以身口意奉行世尊的教诲 愿以此依教奉行的力量, 此苦聚, 让它们完全地止息吧! 五法应常思维 ( 现在让我们诵应常思省之文 ) (1) 衰老是自然的法则, 我们并不能超越衰老, (2) 病苦是自然的法则, 我们并不能超越病苦, (3) 死亡是自然的法则, 我们并不能超越死亡, (4) 我们所拥有的一切, 不论是喜欢或珍惜的, 最后将会与我们背离或分散的 (5) 我们是业的主人, 是自己业的继承人, 由自己的业而生, 是自己业的亲族, 依自己的业的支撑而活, 不论我们造何种业, 善的或恶的, 我们必将去承担, 这是肯定的, 我们应当天天如此地思维及反省 10

MATTAÑÑUTA CA BHATTASMIM, PANTAN CA SAYANĀSANAM, ADHICITTE CA ĀYOGO, ETAM BUDDHĀNA SĀSANAN TI. (HANDAMAYAM KHEMĀKHEMA- SARANAGAMANAPARI DIPIKĀ GĀTHĀ YO BHANĀMA SE) BAHUM VE SARANAM YANTI, PABBATĀNI VANĀNI CA, ĀRĀMA RUKKHA CETYĀNI, MANUSSĀ BHAYA TAJJITĀ, N ETAM KHO SARANAM KHEMAM, N ETAM SARANAMUTTAMAM, N ETAM SARANA MĀGGAMMA, SABBA DUKKHĀ PAMUCCATI. YO CA BUDDHAÑ CA DHAMMAÑ CA SANGHAÑ CA SARANAM GATO (Female: GATĀ), CATTĀRI ARIYA SACCĀNI, SAMMAPPAÑÑĀYA PASSATI. DUKKHAM DUKKHA SAMUPPĀDAM, DUKKHASSA CA ATIKKAMAM, ARIYAÑCATTHANGIKAM MAGGAM, DUKKHŪPASAMA GĀMINAM. ETAM KHO SARANAM KHEMAM, ETAM SARANAMUTTAMAM, ETAM SARANAMĀGAMMA, SABBA DUKKHĀ PAMUCCATI TI. 佛的教诫 一切恶莫作, 一切善奉行, 自调净其意, 是诸佛所教 忍辱为最高的苦行, 所有觉者都说涅盘为最高无上的 杀害他者不名为出家人, 恼害他者不名为沙门 不诽谤与不侵害, 严持于戒律 饮食应知节量, 深居简处于幽僻之地, 精勤于修习增上定, 此为诸佛所教导 真正的皈依处 诸人恐怖故, 去皈依山岳, 或皈依树林, 园苑, 树, 浮屠 此不是安稳的皈依处, 此不是最上的皈依处, 像这样皈依的人, 不能离一切苦 若人以佛法僧为皈依, 由于正确的智慧, 得见于四圣谛 那即是见到苦, 苦生起的原因, 苦的熄灭及导致苦熄灭的八支圣道 这才是最安稳的皈依处, 这才是无上的皈依处, 像这样皈依的人, 能解脱一切苦 11

VATA, AYAM KAYO, ACIRAM, APETAVIÑÑĀNO, CHUDDO, ADHISESSATI PATHAVIM, KALINGARAM IVA, NIRATTHAM. ANICCĀ VATASANKHĀRĀ, UPPĀDAVA YA DHAMMINO, UPPAJJITVĀ NIRUJJHANTI, TESAM ŪPASAMO SUKHO. (HANDAMAYAM PATHAMA- BUDDHABHĀSITAGĀTHĀYO BHANĀMA SE) ANEKAJĀTISANSĀRAM, SANDHĀ- VISSAM, GAHAKĀRAM GAVESANTO, DUKKHĀ JĀTI PUNAPPUNAM. GAHAKĀRAKA DITTHOSI, PUNA GEHAM NA KĀHASI. SABBA TE PHĀSUKĀ BHAGGĀ, GAHAKŪTAM VISANKHATAM. VISANKHĀRAGATAM CITTĀM, TANHĀNAM KHAYAMAJJHAGĀ. (HANDAMAYAM TANKHANIKA- PACCAVEKKHANA PĀTHAÑCA BHANĀMA SE) PATISANKHĀ YONISO CĪVARAM PATISEVĀMI, YĀVADEVA SĪTASSA PATIGHĀTĀYA, UNHASSA PATIGHĀTĀYA, DAM SAMAKA- SAVĀTĀTAPASIRIMSAPASAMPHAS- SĀNAM PATIGHĀTĀYA, YAVADEVA HIROPINA PATICCHĀDANATTHAM. 因缘和合法之审查一切因缘和合法无常, 一切因缘和合法是苦, 一切法无我 生命不是永恒的, 死亡才是永恒的 我们将会死, 那是肯定的, 生命的结局即是死亡 我们的生命是无常的, 不能保持不变的, 我们的死亡才是不变的 实在的啊! 这个身体, 不能长久维持下去的, 一旦没有了识, 即被抛弃了, 将埋在泥堆下, 就像朽木一般, 没有任何的用处了. 一切因缘和合法无常, 生起了必将灭去, 有了也会消失的 当一切的 行 完全止息, 寂灭才是最快乐的 佛陀最初的格言偈在无数生死的轮回中, 无法寻获那造屋的人, 每一次的生死流转都是苦 啊! 造屋的人我已发现, 你已无法再建造屋子了 一切的椽木已摧毁, 柱梁也已折断 心已不再造作, 一切的爱欲皆尽灭 资具取用前的省思衣的省思我应当正念地省思我所受用的衣物, 那只是为了排除寒冷, 为了排除炎热, 为了抵御恶风 烈日 虻 蚊 以及一切爬虫类的侵扰, 同时以便覆盖身体, 得以遮羞 12

PATISANKHĀ YONISO SENĀSANAM PATISEVĀMI, YĀVADEVA SITASSA PATIGHĀTĀYA, UNHASSA PATIGHĀTĀYA, DAM SAMAKASAVĀTĀTAPASIRIMSAPA- SAMPHASSĀNAM PATIGHĀTĀYA, YĀVADEVA UTUPARISSAYAVINO- DANAM PATISALLĀNĀRĀMATTHAM. PATISANKHĀ YONISO GILĀNPACCAYA BHESAJJAPARIKKHĀRAM PATISEVĀMI, YĀVADEVA UPPANNĀNAM VEYYĀBĀDHIKĀNAM VEDANĀNAM PATIGHĀTĀYA, ABYĀPAJJHA PARAMATĀYĀTI. (HADAMAYAM DHĀTUPATIKULA- PACCAVEKKHANA PĀTHANCA BHANĀMA SE) YATHĀPACCAYAM PAVATTAMĀ- NAM DHĀTUMATTAMEVETAM YADIDAM CĪVARAM, TADUPA- BHUÑJAKO CA PUGGALO DHĀTU- MATTAKO NISSATTO NIJJĪVO SUÑÑO, SABBĀNI PANA IMĀNI CĪVARĀNI AJIGUCCHANIYĀNI IMAN PUTIKĀYAM PATVĀ ATIVIYA JIGUCCHANIYĀNI JĀYANTI. 食的省思我应当正念地省思我所受用的饮食, 那不是为了纵情玩乐, 那不是为了肥壮, 那不是为了美丽, 那不是为了装饰, 只为了维持这个身体, 让他能够支延生存下去, 令不损伤, 以便助于修习梵行. 依照如此的实行, 我将消除旧有的感受以及不令新的感受产生, 这样我才不致受苦, 而得以无过的安住 住的省思我应当正念地省思我所受用的房舍 卧具, 那只是为了排除寒冷, 为了排除炎热, 为了抵御恶风 烈日 虻 蚊 以及一切爬虫类的侵扰, 同时也是为了防御恶劣的天气所引起的险难, 以便让行者拥有安全修行的地方 药的省思我应当正念地省思我所受用以治疗病痛的药物 药具, 那只是为了消除种种疾病所引起的苦受 以便使自己从病痛中解脱出来, 以得安适与自在 ( 现在让我们诵四物元素与身不净的省思章节 ) 这套衣服与受用衣服者的出现以及它维持存在的因缘, 只是自然界不同元素的组合而已, 就只有不同的元素, 没有一个人, 它不具有永远生存的原则, 空而无我或无灵魂 这衣服不净, 但在接触到这污臭的身躯后, 就变得污秽不净 13

THĀTU CIRAM SATAM DHAMMO, DHAMMADDHARĀ CA PUGGALĀ; SANGHO HOTU SAMAGGOVA, ATTHĀYA CA HITĀYA CA. AMHE RAKKHANTU SADDHAMMO, SABBEPI DHAMMACĀRINO; VUDDHIM SAMPAPUNEYYĀMA, DHAMME ARIYAPPAVEDITE. PASANNĀ HONTU SABBEPI, PĀNINO BUDDHASĀSANE; SAMMĀDHĀRAM PAVECCHANTO, KĀLE DEVO PAVASSATU, VUDDHIBHĀVĀYA SATTĀNAM, SAMIDDHAM NETU MEDANIM; MĀTĀPITA CA ATRAJAM, NICCAM RAKKHANTI PUTTAKAM. EVAM DHAMMENA RĀJĀNO, PAJAM RAKKHANTU SABBADĀ. 回向功德 以此礼敬的功德, 愿居住于这支提 寺院, 及菩提树周围的天众, 神祗们庇佑我 ( 们 ) 的幸福与安乐 愿这寺院中的新旧比丘及长老们, 以及居住于这寺院中的男女 优婆塞 优婆夷 村镇中的人及其首领乃至一切的有情, 愿他们也都得到幸福与安乐 愿一切四生 ( 胎 卵 湿 化 ) 的众生都得到佛法的滋润, 并趋向善道而得以解脱. 愿那些依法奉行的人, 获得长寿, 愿正法常住 愿僧团为我们带来常恒的利益 愿正法护卫那些依法奉行的人, 愿他们都在圣者的正道中成长 愿一切众生对佛陀的教法都能生起虔诚的信仰 愿大地风调雨顺, 欣欣向荣, 人民安乐 愿所有的统治者们住于正法之中, 护卫子民, 犹如父母亲保护子女一般 15
