Ltd,Zhaoqing 526040, China) Abstract :Aiming at the detection and control problems of automatic surface mounting machine with high - speed and high - precision, the status of overseas advanced surface mounting technology and realistic production is first given. The key characteristics and functions of the motion control, visual recognition and PCB data are also analyzed. Based on the visual recognition, motion optimization and control algorithms are developed by the authors,and the whole software system is then designed and integrated. The program realization technique of surface mounting system is particularly presented.
