"Sepu" was the first specialized book of Chinese traditional color-names. The research tries to understand the distribution of 625 color-names in "Sepu. From the studies that Further compare 625 color-names in "Chinese Color Name Dictionary", and 320 color-names in "Traditional Colors of China", try to understand the 1
distinction part among the research samples. The research found out 1. the same color patterns has different names; 2. The research samples did not include character of Chinese color-names but many translated color-names from aboard.3. There is several mistaken-usage on Chinese fonts in "Traditional Colors of China".
