十四 課程日程 ( 本日程僅供參考, 實際狀況仍以講師依當日上課情形安排為主 ) 12 月 28 日 ( 週六 ) DAY 1 時間課程大綱 8:30 am 10:30 am Hours 2-3: 10:40 am 1:30 pm Hours 2-3: 1:45 pm 5:30 pm Hours 4-5: Introduction to the Technique Introduction of GT Instruments and Basic Treatment Strokes Thigh and Pelvis Lower Leg, Ankle and Foot Lumbosacral Participants review and complete the laboratory release and contraindications and trademark infringement form. History, physiological rationale of IASTM, principles relating to soft tissue dysfunction & anticipated results from using GT are covered. Demonstration of each instrument, proper handholds and eight treatment strokes are taught. Lab instruction includes scanning, sweeping, fanning, strumming, J-stroking, scooping, swiveling and framing. Participants learn how to apply the Graston Technique basic treatment strokes to the thigh and pelvis. Suggested patient and clinician positioning and instrument choice is demonstrated and practiced for this region. (In lab format) Participants learn how to apply the Graston Technique basic treatment strokes to the lower leg, ankle and foot. Suggested patient and clinician positioning and instrument choice is demonstrated and practiced for this region. 12 月 29 日 ( 週日 ) DAY 2 時間部位課程大綱 9:00 am 2:00 pm Hours 4-5: Elbow, Forearm and Hand Shoulder Cervical and Thoracic Edema and Scars Participants learn how to apply the Graston Technique basic treatment strokes to the elbow, forearm, wrist & hand regions. Suggested patient-clinician positioning and instrument choice is demonstrated and practiced for this region. (In lab format) Participants learn how to apply the Graston Technique basic treatment strokes to the shoulder complex. Suggested patient and clinician positioning and instrument choice is demonstrated and practiced for this region. (In lab format) Participants learn how to apply the Graston Technique basic treatment strokes to the cervical and thoracic regions. Suggested patient and clinician positioning and instrument choice is demonstrated and practiced for this region. Participants practice the above in lab format. Instructor demonstrates scar lifting, nudging, skin rolling and edema reduction techniques in lab format.
