2018 年辽宁师范大学大学孔子学院奖学金申请办法 Application Information for Confucius Institute Scholarship 2018 为培养合格的汉语教师, 促进中华文化传播, 孔子学院总部 / 国家汉办 ( 简称汉办 ) 设立奖学金, 委托海外孔子学院 ( 独立设置的课堂 ), 部分汉语考试考点 ( 统称推荐机构 ) 推荐优秀学生 学者和汉语教师到中国大学 ( 统称接收院校 ) 学习 For the purpose of cultivating qualified Chinese language teachers and facilitating the promotion of Chinese language and culture, the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) launches Confucius Institute Scholarship (CIS) to support outstanding students, scholars and currently employed Chinese language teachers recommended by Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms as well as some HSK test centers (hereinafter to be collectively referred to as recommending institutions ) to study in Chinese universities and colleges (hereinafter referred to as host institutions ). 一 资助对象 资助内容与申请条件资助对象 : 身心健康, 无不良行为记录, 被接收院校在孔子学院奖学金网站预录取, 年龄为 16-35 周岁 ( 在职汉语教师放宽至 45 周岁 本科限 25 周岁以下 ) 的非中国籍人士 各类别奖学金按资助内容设全额奖学金和部分奖学金, 详见 孔子学院奖学金资助标准 申请条件是 : ELIGIBILITY All applicants shall be a) Non-Chinese citizens b) In good Physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally c) Aspired to take future careers on the teaching or international promotion of Chinese language. d) Between the ages of 16-35 on September 1 st, 2018. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall not exceed the age limit of 45, while undergraduate students shall not exceed the age limit of 25. 1. 汉语国际教育专业硕士 2018 年 9 月入学, 资助期限不超过 2 年 全额奖学金申请者 HSK 成绩应达到五级 210 分 ; 部分奖学金申请者应达到五级 180 分 HSKK 成绩均达到中级 提供公证过的毕业拟任教机构工作协议者优先 1. Scholarship for Master s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) Commences September 2018 and provides scholarship for maximum two academic years. Applicants shall be Bachelor degree holders, and have a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 5) as well as 60 in HSKK test (Intermediate Level). Applicants who are able to provide notarized document of the employment agreement or related proofs upon completing study in China are preferred.
2. 一学年研修生 2018 年 9 月入学, 资助期限为 11 个月 不录取 2018 年 1 月 1 日后仍在华学习的留学生 向来华进修的在职汉语教师 预备攻读汉语国际教育硕士学位的汉语相关专业学生提供 a) 汉语国际教育课程 申请者 HSK 成绩应达到三级 270 分 ( 培养目标为五级 180 分 ), 具有 HSKK 成绩 b) 汉语言课程 申请者 HSK 成绩应达到三级 180 分 2. Scholarship for One-Academic-Year Study Commences September 2018, and provides scholarship for maximum 11 months. International students currently studying in China are not eligible. TCSOL a)applicants shall have a minimum score of 270 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required. b)chinese Language Study Applicants shall have a minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 3). 3. 一学期研修生奖学金 2018 年 9 月或 2019 年 3 月入学, 资助期限为 5 个月 不录取有来华留学经历者 向来华进修的在职汉语教师, 预备攻读汉语国际教育本科的孔子学院 ( 课堂 ) 注册学员和汉语言专业学生提供全额奖学金 a) 汉语国际教育课程 申请者 HSK 成绩不低于三级 210 分, 具有 HSKK 成绩 b) 向有志于传播中国文化并有相关专业基础的人士提供太极文化研修课程 申请者须提供 HSK 成绩报告 3. Scholarship for One-Semester Study Commences either in September 2018 or March 2019, and provides scholarship of maximum 5 months. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible. a)tcsol, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History and Chinese Philosophy Applicants shall have a minimum score of 210 in HSK test (Level 3), while HSKK test score required b)taiji Culture HSK test score are required. 4. 四周奖学金 2017 年 7 月或 12 月入学, 学习四周, 全额奖学金 申请者须有 HSK 成绩报告, 无来华留学经历 向孔子学院注册学员和教师提供太极文化培训课程 4. Commences either on July or December of 2018, and provides a four-week scholarship. Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible. 孔子学院奖学金待遇 截止期限如下 : a) 4 月 20 日 (7 月份入学的学生 ) b) 6 月 20 日 (9 月份入学的学生 ) c) 9 月 20 日 (12 月份入学的学生 ) d) 12 月 20 日 (2019 年 3 月入学的学生 ) 汉办将于学生入学前 2 个月完成奖学金评审 APPLICATION PROCEDURES Online registration will be available from March 1, 2018 on the Confucius Institute Scholarship website (cis.chinese.cn). Please log on to search recommending institutions and host institutions, upload application materials online, track the application progress, feedback of review and admission results. Scholarship holders need to confirm with the host institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out CIS certificate online, and register at host institutions at the designated date and time as per the letter of admission. 附录 1. 孔子学院奖学金资助内容及标准 孔子学院奖学金按资助内容分为全额奖学金和部分奖学金 全额奖学金包括学费 住宿费 生活费 ( 四周研修生除外 ) 和综合医疗保险费 ; 部分奖学金包括 : 学费 住宿费和综合医疗保险费 1. 学费由接收院校统筹用于奖学金生培养与管理, 开展文化活动, 其中年度学费 ( 一学期研修生的学期学费 ) 包含一次汉语水平考试 (HSK) 和一次汉语水平口语考试 (HSKK) 费用, 供研修生结业前, 以及学历生年度评审及毕业前参加上述两项考试使用 学费不包含教材费和旅游景点门票 2. 住宿费由接收院校统筹使用, 为学生提供免费宿舍, 一般为双人间 ; 经奖学金生本人申请 接收院校批准, 也可选择校外住宿 选择校外住宿者, 由学校按月或按季度发放住宿费, 标准为 :700 元人民币 / 月 / 人 3. 生活费由接收院校按月发放给全额奖学金生 本科生 一学年和一学期研修生标准为 2500 元人民币 / 月 ; 汉语国际教育专业硕士生为 3000 元人民币 / 月 3.1 奖学金生按学校每学期规定报到日期到校注册学籍, 否则取消奖学金资格 3.2 当月 15 日 ( 含 15 日 ) 前到校注册者, 该月发放全月生活费 ; 十五日以后注册者, 该月发放半月生活费 ; 毕 ( 结 ) 业的生活费发放至学校确定的毕 ( 结 ) 业日期之后的半个月 ; 3.3 在学期间 ( 不含寒暑假 ) 因个人原因离开中国时间超过 15 天者, 停发非在华期间生活费 ; 3.4 因个人原因休学 退学或受学校纪律处分者, 接收院校应停发自休学 退学或接到处分通知之日起的生活费 4. 综合医疗保险参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定执行, 由接收院校统一购买 四周研修生标准为 160 元人民币 / 人, 一学期研修生为 400 元人民币 / 人, 一学年以上有关学生标准为 800 元人民币 / 人 / 年 Appendix 1 Confucius Institute Scholarship Coverage and Criteria The Confucius Institute Scholarship provides full coverage on tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance (four-week study students are excluded) and comprehensive medical insurance expenses. a) Tuition fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide teaching and management of scholarship students organizing cultural and social activities, as well as organizing Chinese language proficiency tests. Tuition fee does not cover the textbook expenses and tourist tickets. b) Accommodation fee is under the overall planning and utilization of host institutions to provide students with in-campus apartments (usually double rooms). Students may also live off-campus upon application and getting permission from the host institutions. Students who live off-campus are entitled to accommodation allowance of 700 CNY per person/month paid on a
monthly / quarterly basis from the host institutions. c) Living allowance is granted by host institutions on a monthly basis. The monthly allowance for undergraduates, one-academic-year study students and one-semester students is 2,500 CNY per person. For MTCSOL student, the monthly allowance is 3,000 CNY per person. Students are required to complete enrollment procedures for every semester within stipulated period; otherwise, their scholarship may be cancelled. Students who are enrolled before the 15th (or on the 15th) of the month are entitled to the full allowance of that month while those enrolled after the 15th of that month are only entitled to half of the amount. During the study period, for any student who is absent from China due to personal reasons for more than 15 days (excluding winter and summer holidays), the allowance during absence will be suspended. For students who suspend study or drop out of school for personal reasons, or who are given disciplinary punishment by the host institutions, allowance will be terminated on the date of such suspension, dropping out or when the decision of such punishment is announced. The living allowance for the month of graduation will be granted half a month after the date of graduation or expiration day of the study confirmed by host institutions. Comprehensive medical insurance is purchased by the host institutions in accordance with relevant regulations of studying in China stipulated by the Ministry of Education of China. Insurance fee per person is 160 CNY for four-week study students, 400 CNY for one-semester students, and 800 CNY per year for students engaged in program longer than one academic year.
附录 2: 孔子学院奖学金申请材料清单 推荐机构和接收院校须核对申请者护照用名完整 国籍无误 永久通信地址真实有效 以下证明材料如非中文或英文版本, 需提供相应的公证文件 一 与所有申请者有关的证明材料 1. 护照照片页扫描件 未满 18 周岁的申请者, 须由其父母正式委托在华常住的外国人或中国人作为该外国学生的监护人, 并提交监护人保证书公证材料 2.HSK HSKK 成绩报告 ( 有效期两年 ) 扫描件 3. 推荐机构负责人签发的推荐信 ( 客观评价申请者并注明是否孔子学院学员或其它身份 ; 在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信 ) 二 我校可能根据上述申请材料要求申请者提交补充材料或安排面试, 具体内容以录取过程中的学校通知为准 注 : 以上内容根据孔子学院总部 / 国家汉办相关要求修订 Appendix 2 Application Documents for Confucius Institute Scholarship A. For all applicants a) A Scanned copy of passport photo page b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity). c) A Recommendation letter by the head of the recommending institutions B. For degree scholarship program applicants a) A certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript. b) Applicants of the Scholarship for MTCSOL Students are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors. Those who can provide a notarized employment agreement with teaching institutions are preferred. C. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall provide the proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employing institution D. Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China. E. Applicants shall also provide additional documents required by the host institutions
