Preface Bible is the basis of Christian faith. However, people of the modern world may encounter difficulties in understanding this ancient book. Thanks to the hard work of Bible scholars and experts, Bible readers can gain a better understanding of the Bible. CCLC has dedicated much efforts, over the past few decades, to publishing hermeneutics and theological works. Classical theological masterpieces of the west are compiled and translated into Chinese. Chinese Bible scholars are also invited to contribute in this field. Theology works written under our Chinese context are also one of our chief publication interests. Apart from the Biblical classics and commentaries, CCLC also publishes books in areas like biblical background; church history, meditation classics and other special features. These are all valuable resources and reference to readers who have a keen interest in Bible exposition, theological study and intimating with God.
