3 进口现状 : 年年度 DDGS 进口数量 China s DDGS yearly import amount from 2009 to 2014 进口数量单位 : 万吨下半年 2010 年 2011 年 2012 年 2013 年 2014 年 2014 年, 尽管受到严查 MIR162 退运等影响, 中国进口 DDGS 541 万吨, 同比增长 35% China imported 5.41 million tons of DDGS in 2014, up 35% from a year earlier. Although MIR162 was checked strictly and imported DDGS with MIR162 detected was rejected. 3

10 进口现状 :2014 年查出的 MIR162 玉米及 DDGS 数量及处理 The amount and treatment on MIR162 corn and DDGS in 根据质检总局 1 月 30 日新闻发布会报告,2014 年中国共退运销毁检出 MIR162 转基因成分玉米和 DDGS 共计 143 万吨 ( 推算其中 DDGS22 万吨 ) According to AQSIQ report of January 30, China rejected and destroyed 1.43 million tons of corn and DDGS(predicted tons of DDGS) 2 据以往资料推算数量要大根据 2014 年 7 月 16 日青岛商检 DDGS 退运会议披露的数据, 山东局的总体不合格率 15.19%, 当时的数量共计吨不合格, 计 479 批次 ; 上海港不合格 10 万吨左右, 不合格率更高 ; 广东口岸几乎没有查出来 Predicted more DDGS rejected and destroyed 10

11 小结 Summary 1 全球玉米丰产, 价格下跌, 而国产玉米价格因政策原因高企 DDGS 受查处 MIR162 影响, 但进口量不减反增 ; Global corn production increases, price down Domestic corn price keeps high owning to government purchase price high. DDGS Import increased rather than decreased though MIR162 detected strictly 年 DDGS 价格前高后低 ; DDGS price high at beginning and low later in 广东青岛口岸到货量最大, 上海口岸数量大幅减少 ; 二线口岸到货和使用地区增加 ; Ports and using area increase, Guangdong and Qingdao ports dominate imports,amount decrease in Shanghai. 4 前十大进口企业发生变化, 进口量更大 Top ten importers have changed. 11

13 进口 DDGS 遇到的问题 Problems for DDGS import 查验进口 DDGS 中的 MIR162 是自 2009 年中国开始进口以来遇到的最大问题, 进出口企业遭受沉重打击其后果 : MIR162 check in imported DDGS is the most serious problem for all us. The consequences are: 1 因之前从未检查过, 合同中进出口双方责任没有约定, 上海青岛查出率很高 ; No such clause for MIR162 in contract as it had never been detected before. But MIR162 was checked out rate high in Shanghai and Qingdao ports. 2 远期合约洗掉造成进口方很大损失 ; The forward contract wash out caused buyer great loss. 3 拉回的货物因查验时间长造成滞期滞港等费用损失 ; DDGS brought to China suffered great loss owning to demurrage and detention at port due to long time of check. 13

14 进口 DDGS 遇到的问题 ( 续 ) Problems for DDGS import(continue) 4 查验不合格退运或销毁造成进口商更大损失 ; Importer suffered greater losses if DDGS rejected(resell) or destroyed. 5 进口方弃单造成进出口方之间的交易纠纷, 恶化 DDGS 的交易生态环境 ; Lots of disputes occurred as buyers abandoned contract, the trading ecology impaired. 6 不同口岸查验松紧度不一致, 对进口企业造成错觉和带来很大困惑 Difference of CIQ check caused great confusion and illusion on importers. 14

16 有利因素 : 中国经济和人口持续增长拉动需求 China s economy and population growth will pull demand continuously 1 中国经济前 30 年高速增长, 平均年增长近 10%; 2013 年增长 7.5%;2014 年增长 7.4%; Chinese economy had grown very fast with an annual rate of 10% from 1980 to 2010, growth of 7.5% in 2013, growth of 7.4% last year. 2 预测 2010 年以后年, 中国经济还会以较高速度成长, 到 2020 年总量由 40 万亿增至 80 万亿 In next decade from 2010, prediction of Chinese economy grow still fast. Total economy will be doubled. 3 人口继续增长城镇化率由 50% 提高到 60%, 拉动肉蛋奶消费进一步增长 Population growth, urbanization from 50% to 60% will further drive growth of meat, milk and egg consumption. 16

21 有利因素 : 中美两国关系改善 Sino-American relation is approving 1 中美高层对话频繁去年在美国芝加哥举行的中美联委会会议促成 MIR162 的获批 Frequent dialogue between top leaders of China and USA, Sino-American joint committee meeting held in Chicago last year facilitate the approval of MIR 今年 9 月习主席将访美 Chairman Xi of China will visit USA in September this year. 21

22 进口前景 : 进口 DDGS 面临的挑战 DDGS import policy trend 1 中国政府对 DDGS 进口管控的挑战, 主要对中国产业影响和商品供求影响 ; Challenge will come from the import control of Chinese Government base of impact of DDGS import on the Chinese related industry and supply and demand in the domestic market for related products. 2 今年中国玉米库存较大, 国内豆粕价格低, 中共持续限制公款消费, 饲料产量增长放缓, 短期不利于 DDGS 消费和进口增长 ; China's corn stock is large this year, domestic soybean meal price is low, CPC continued to restrict consumption on public fund, feed production growth slow down, these factors will affect the DDGS consumption and import growth. 3 DDGS 单一进口来源国的挑战如美国产生政策变化和供应量的变化带来的影响 ; Single country of origin of imports. Such as policy changes and supply changes in USA. 4 美国新转基因 duracade 玉米商业化种植带来的挑战 22 Challenge will come from commercial production of new GMO Duracade corn in USA.

23 进口前景 :2015 年 DDGS 进口形势预测 DDGS import policy trend in 进口量不会超过 2014 年 ; Import amount will not exceed DDGS 国内市场售价会低于上年水平 ; Domestic market prices will not reach the high point as previous years. 3 进口方式散船量会不断扩大, 集装箱进口量会减少 Because of changes in import policy and industry costs, bulk vessels expand, container imports decrease. 23

24 小结 Summary 1. 中国经济中国人口和城镇化将稳步发展, 将拉动消费成长和加大饲料原料的供应紧张局面 ; China s economy, population and urbanization will steadily develop. This will boost consumption growth and increase the supply of feed ingredients tensions. 2. 中国受到土地水等资源的限制, 生产增长赶不上需求增长, 玉米 DDGS 等农产品扩大的需求只能靠进口解决, 进口市场前景广阔 ; China is limited with land and water resources, Production growth can not keep up with demand growth, Expanding demand for agricultural such as corn, DDGS rely on imports, Import market prospects are bright. 3. DDGS 进口的有利因素要多于挑战, 进口政策会有利于 DDGS 进口 ; Favorite factors for DDGS import are more than Challenges, Government policy will benefit the import 年 DDGS 进口量和价格可能低于去年 24 DDGS import amount and price this year will possibly lower than last year.
