5 GB 国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范 National general safety technical code for textile products 部分技术内容说明 / Several concerned technical issues * 后续加工工艺中必须要经过湿处理的非最终产品,pH 值可放宽至之间 The ph value can be adjusted to for non-end products that must undergo wet processing in further processing procedures. * 对需经洗涤褪色工艺的非最终产品本色及漂白产品扎染蜡染等传统手工着色产品不考核色牢度, 耐唾液色牢度仅考核婴幼儿纺织产品 Colorfastness requirements are not applicable to non-end products that must undergo washing and fading processes, products that are of original color or are bleached, traditional handcrafted products such as tie dyed ore wax printed products. Only the textile products for baby/children are requested to be tested for colorfastness to saliva. * 当按 GB/T17592 检测出苯胺和 / 或 1,4- 苯二胺时, 再用 GB/T23344 检测 4- 氨基偶氮苯 Generally, when aniline and/or 1,4-phenylenediamine are found adopting GB/T17592, GB/T23344 should be applied then for determining 4-aminoazobenzene. * 一般适用于身高 100cm 及以下婴幼儿使用的纺织产品可作为婴幼儿纺织产品 Generally, the textile products are suitable for children below a height of 100cm can be deemed as textile products for infants. * 异味 : 霉味高沸程石油味鱼腥味芳香烃气味 Odor: mould, high-boiling range fossil fuels, fishy smell and/or aromatic hydrocarbons. 本强制标准自 2011 年 8 月 1 日起正式实施 This mandatory standard will become effective on 1 st Aug formally.

15 国家强制性标准 - 鞋类有害物质限量 Footwear-limit of harmful substances 一项关于鞋类产品有害物质限量的新的国家强制标准已经完成制订工作, 已于 2010 年 3 月 5 日通过审定, 并已进入报批程序 A new national mandatory standard about limit of harmful substances in footwear has been drafted and passed examination on 5 th March Now, the document is being undergone formal approval procedure. 该标准制订计划下达时原名鞋类卫生安全技术规范, 经几年的工作, 专家委员会在最终审稿时, 一致建议将标准名称改为鞋类有害物质限量 The standard was initially named as Sanitation Safety Technical Code for Footwear. The respective standardization committee has proposed to change the name as Footwear-Limit of Harmful Substances in the final draft. 该标准涉及的有害物质仅包括甲醛禁用偶氮染料和可萃取重金属 ( 铅镉砷 ) Only formaldehyde, banned azo dyestuff and extractable heavy metals including lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) and arsenic (As) are restricted in the standard as harmful substances. 预计本标准今年会出台 It is expected that the standard might be issued with this year.
