5 使 用 前 安 裝 說 明 圖 A. 將 過 濾 橡 膠 刮 器 過 濾 網 和 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 裝 一 起 1. 將 過 濾 橡 膠 刮 器 放 入 過 濾 網 內 ; 2. 將 過 濾 網 ( 組 件 1) 和 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 裝 一 起 ; 3. 確 保 過 濾 網 上 的 固 定 位 和 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 上 的 卡 口 鎖 對 準, 旋 轉 整 個 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 件, 直 到 聽 到 卡 聲 ; 圖 B. 將 榨 汁 容 器 整 個 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 件 和 主 機 組 裝 一 起 4. 將 榨 汁 容 器 放 在 主 機 上 ; 確 保 主 機 上 的 3 個 引 腳 插 在 榨 汁 容 器 底 部 的 3 個 孔 上 ; 5. 將 整 個 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 件 ( 圖 A - 組 件 3) 放 入 榨 汁 容 器 內 ; 6. 將 整 個 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 件 放 入 榨 汁 容 器 時, 需 稍 微 轉 動 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 組 件, 讓 主 機 上 的 電 機 軸 與 對 螺 旋 擠 壓 器 準 確 組 裝 ; 4

8 使 用 前 雪 葩 食 材 準 備 需 知 A. 根 據 食 材 不 同 的 特 點 和 以 下 的 建 議, 預 先 處 理 食 材 1. 較 大 或 堅 硬 的 果 核 的 生 果 大 核 的 生 果 必 須 去 核, 以 避 免 在 使 用 時 造 成 故 障 如 桃, 李 子 芒 果 等 2. 堅 硬 或 厚 皮 的 生 果 或 蔬 菜 必 須 將 堅 硬 或 厚 皮 的 生 果 預 先 去 皮 如 菠 蘿, 西 柚 西 瓜 火 龍 果 等 3. 食 材 的 份 量 每 次 不 要 把 太 多 材 料 同 一 時 間 放 入 機 器 內, 這 可 能 讓 食 材 容 易 卡 在 機 器 中, 造 成 損 壞 B. 制 作 雪 葩 步 驟 準 備 需 知 1. 將 材 料 切 成 小 塊 ( 小 於 2cm 的 塊 狀 ); 2. 將 材 料 放 入 凍 箱 雪 凍, 直 至 材 料 結 凍 ; 3. 準 備 制 作 雪 葩 前, 讓 結 凍 的 材 料 放 在 室 溫 下 約 10 至 20 分 鐘, 使 結 凍 的 材 料 稍 微 解 凍 即 可 制 作 雪 葩 注 意 : 如 果 將 結 凍 的 材 料 從 冷 箱 取 出 後 立 即 使 用, 可 能 使 本 機 器 故 障 7

9 使 用 方 法 使 用 前 的 準 備 工 作 : 1. 正 確 地 組 裝 機 器 ( 參 考 使 用 前 安 裝 說 明 ) ; 2. 將 機 器 放 在 乾 爽 穩 固 平 坦 的 地 方 並 連 接 電 源 線 使 用 ; 3. 準 備 所 需 材 料 ; 4. 把 果 汁 及 果 渣 容 器 分 別 放 置 於 果 汁 及 果 渣 的 出 口 下 方 開 始 榨 汁 / 制 作 雪 葩 : 1. 按 下 START 開 始 鍵, 去 開 始 榨 汁 或 制 作 雪 葩 ; 2. 慢 慢 把 材 料 放 入 進 料 斗, 用 推 料 棒 把 材 料 往 下 壓 ; 分 次 放 入 材 料, 每 次 分 隔 約 5 秒 鐘 如 使 用 多 種 材 料, 可 輪 流 分 次 放 入, 讓 材 料 均 勻 混 合 如 材 料 塞 住 時, 可 按 住 R 逆 轉 鍵 幾 秒 鐘 3. 數 十 秒 後, 果 汁 會 從 果 汁 出 口 流 出 ; 果 渣 / 雪 葩 會 從 果 渣 出 口 流 出 ; 4. 完 成 後, 按 下 STOP 關 閉 機 器 注 意 : 1. 完 成 榨 汁 / 雪 葩 後, 可 讓 機 器 繼 續 運 行 30 秒, 讓 所 有 果 汁 / 果 渣 / 雪 葩 流 出, 以 便 清 洗 機 器 2. 觸 摸 電 源 按 鈕 時 和 拔 除 電 源 插 頭 時, 請 保 持 雙 手 乾 爽 3. 每 次 運 作 不 宜 超 過 30 分 鐘 應 讓 機 器 休 息 最 少 15 分 鐘, 才 可 繼 續 榨 汁 4. 如 榨 汁 容 器 內 沒 有 蔬 果, 請 勿 開 動 機 器, 讓 其 空 轉 5. 請 勿 使 用 推 料 棒 以 外 的 用 具 放 入 進 料 斗 內 6. 請 勿 同 一 時 間 放 入 過 量 食 材, 否 則 可 能 讓 食 材 容 易 卡 在 機 器 中, 造 成 損 壞 8

If there is any damage, do not operate the appliance and contact Whirlpool service for replacement to avoid a hazard. 3. 20 BEFORE USE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Figure A. Assemble the Filter Wipe, Filter and Squeezing Screw 1. Insert the filter wipe into the filter; 2. Assemble the filter (Component 1) and squeezing screw together; 3. Place the filter fixing teeth into the bayonet lock of the squeezing screw and rotate the squeezing screw until a click is heard; Figure B. Assemble the Juicing Bowl, Whole Squeezing Screw and Main Juicer Body 4. Assemble the juicing bowl on the main juicer body, make sure the 3 pins on the main juicer body are inserted into the 3 holes on the juicing bowl bottom; 5. Place the whole squeezing screw (Figure A Component 3) into the juicing bowl; 6. With a small rotation when assembling the whole squeezing screw into the juicing bowl in order to let the assembly engage with motor shaft; 19

Rotate it until the safety lock on the back engage into the main juicer body. Notes: The safety lock has been designed to prevent the juicer from switching on when the parts are not properly inserted. If the Feeding Tube (Lid) is not installed correctly, the machine is not able to work. BEFORE USE IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1. BEFORE USE PREPARATION OF INGREDIENTS FOR JUICING This slow juicer is suitable for most of fruit and vegetables which contain juice. Please prepare all the required ingredients according to their characteristics. 1. Long leaf vegetables and hard fiber ingredients Long leaf vegetable or hard fiber ingredients shall be cut into slices about 3-5cm in length and 1.5-2cm in thickness, such as celery etc. 2. Fruit with hard or big seed Fruit with hard or big seed need to be de-seeded to avoid any malfunction and damage to the machine. Such as peach, plum, mango etc. 3. Fruit with thick and hard skin or Fruit and vegetables skin is not edible The fruit and vegetables with thick and hard skin need to be peeled. Such as pineapple, grapefruit, dragon fruit etc. 4. Starchy vegetables For vegetables with high component in starch and low in water, it is difficult to extract its juice. Starchy vegetables can only be squeezed with liquid added. Such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, chestnuts etc. 5. Frozen ingredients Please defrost the frozen ingredients before use. Never use ice. 6. Hard and ingredients which are not squeezable Never put sugarcane, kudzu, cereal, beans or rice (without being soaked) into the machine. 7. Ingredients portion Do not put too much ingredients in the machine each time, ingredients may get stuck. 8. Nuts and oily ingredients Nuts and oily ingredients which can be squeezed with liquid added. Such as sesame, walnut, peanut etc. Tips: A small amount of lemon can be added to apple juice to prevent the juice form browning. 21

23 BEFORE USE PREPARATION OF INGREDIENTS FOR SORBERT A. Prepare all the required ingredients according to their characteristics. 1. Fruit with hard or big seed Fruit with hard or big seed need to be de-seeded to avoid any malfunction and damage to the machine. Such as peach, plum, mango etc. 2. Fruit with thick and hard skin or Fruit and vegetables skin is not edible The fruit and vegetables with thick and hard skin need to be peeled. Such as pineapple grapefruit, dragon fruit etc. 3. Ingredients portion Do not put too much ingredients in the machine each time, ingredients may get stuck. B. Process of making sorbert 1. Cut ingredients into piece (less than 2cm); 2. Place all of the ingredients in the freezer and wait unit its frozen; 3. Put frozen ingredients at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes before making sorbert. Notes: If frozen ingredients are used immediately after taking out from a freezer, it may cause malfunction. 22

24 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Please follow below steps before juicing or making sorbert: 1. Properly install the machine (refer to BEFORE USE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS section) ; 2. Place and use the appliance on a dry, stable and horizontal surface and connect it to the power cord; 3. Prepare the ingredients for juicing or making sorbert; 4. Place juice container and pulp container under each outlet. Starting juicing or making sorbert: 5. Press START button to start juicing or making sorbert; 6. Use the food pusher to help putting ingredients slowly into the machine; Feed ingredients little by little approximately every 5 seconds. When using more than one kind of ingredients, feed them little by little alternatively. In case of jamming of ingredients, press R reverse button for several seconds. 7. After few seconds, juice will come out from the juice outlet; Pulp or sorbert will come out form pulp outlet. 8. After juicing is completed, press STOP button to turn off the machine. 23

25 Notes: 1. For easy cleaning, it is recommended to allow juicer to operate for another 30s after all ingredients are juiced. 2. Only touch the power button with dry hands. 3. Do not run the machine over 30 minutes per operation. Stop for at least 15 minutes after each use. 4. Do not operate the machine with empty drum. 5. Don not use any utensils other than the provided food pusher. 6. Do not insert too much ingredients at once or juice may get stuck. DISASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS Please follow below steps to disassemble the machine, 1. Turn off and disconnect the machine. 2. Take out the food pusher. 3. Remove the feeding tube (Lid). 4. Disassemble the whole squeezing screw. 5. Take out the juicing bowl. 24

26 HOW TO CLEAN The appliance must be disconnected from the supply main socket before cleaning. 1. Please clean the machine after each use. 2. Wash the components with soft wet cloth and then rinse thoroughly with water and dry well. Do not use any alkaline cleaning agents, abrasive cleansers to clean. For tough stains and squeezing screw, please use supplied cleaning brush to clean. Do not use metal brush. 3. For Main juicing body / Motor until, please wipe with a soft cloth. For the components, please wash with ordinary soap and then wipe with a soft cloth. 4. Dry all parts after cleaning. 5. Do not use high-temperature steam for cleaning main body and components. 6. Do not dry the components with heating appliances. 7. Components* are dishwasher safe. Before putting the components into a dishwasher, remove residue on the components. 8. Then place them in the juicer to obtain their juice. Combine the whipped cream, blueberry juice and 50 g of icing sugar, folding gently until mixed. 3. Take the blueberry pulp, mix it with the remaining sugar and pour the mixture into 4 glasses. 4. Pour the whipped cream and blueberry juice mix on top. 5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. APPLE PANCAKES Ingredients for 4 servings:5 Apples / 2 Eggs / 100g Flour / 150g Skimmed Milk Yoghurt / Suitable Amount Cinnamon Powder / 4 Tablespoons Sugar / Suitable Amount Butter Procedure: 1. Using a whisk, beat the eggs in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of sugar to obtain a light and fluffy mixture. Add the sifted flour, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder and mix. 2. Wash the apples and juice them. 3. Take the processed apple pulp and fold it into the egg, flour and sugar mixture with a wooden spoon. (Apple juice can be stored in the refrigerator, to be enjoyed as a drink.) 4. Add yoghurt to mixture 3. The mixture must be soft, and should drop fairly easily off the spoon. If it is too thick, add a little milk. 5. Melt 1 knob of butter in a pan and pour a few spoonfuls of mixture. Cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side, flipping them over with a spatula. 6. 30 APPLE SAUCE Ingredients for approximate 300g of sauce:4 Apples / 1 Onion / 1 Tablespoons Acacia Honey / Suitable Amount Cinnamon Powder / Suitable Amount Clove Powder / 50g Dry White Wine / Suitable Amount Butter / Salt Procedure: 1. Wash, peel and cut the apples and onion into small cubes. 2. Place them in the juicer to juice. 3. Melt 1 knob of butter in a pan, pour the juice and pulp into a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and dry white wine cook for approximately 10 minutes. 4. Add salt to taste, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 pinch of clove powder. 5. Pour the hot mixture into a glass container with lid and cool down. Close the lid and store it in the refrigerator. Apple sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 1 month.
