Within this rapidly changing environment, libraries should be concerned about how to organize electronic resources systematically and efficiently to reach the users needs. This study attempts to introduce the function and characteristics of the OCLC s CORC system. Finally, several topics concerning the cataloging of electronic resources are proposed.
