Frstly, the numercal model s valdated aganst the expermental data for 2D lqud sloshng n unbaffled tank. In addton, lqud sloshng wth dfferent baffle heghts and wdths s smulated. The mpact pressure characterstcs n these cases are parametrcally nvestgated. Results show that the dmenson and locaton of horzontal baffles sgnfcantly nfluence the hydrodynamc dampng. Lqud sloshng dsplacement can be suppressed effectvely as the baffle heght and wdth ncreases.
