15 Focused on Tanghe county, the author reviewed the organizations by which the Policy for Grain Uni2 fied Purchase and Sale was carried out in the rural areas in These organizations included: the organizations of different levels for collecting, purchasing, and m arketing grain that were related to the state s political power were set up by the different levels branches of the CPC and the government, the or2 ganizations of agricultural cooperations and the organizations of grain business that had existed already. The CPC and the governm ent were dom inant in these organizations. It offered an organizational guarantee to carry out the Policy for Grain Unified Purchase and Sale with the setting up and using of these organiza2 tions. Furthermore, the enforcement of the Policy p layed a certain effect on speeding up the development of the Agricultural Cooperativization Movement and made the organizations of grain business to serve the System more and more. The rise of china in J ingde Town, w ith its commercial and vocationalized managem ent, m et the needs of the multi - layered commercial chi2 na m arket and contributed to the development of vocationalized managem ent of china industry. B ut the lack of dialogues w ith other countries in the world and the outdated way of p roduction has made the town the outlier w ith the most china - m aking experiences in an era when modern china industry is rising. The Politic Space in Newspapers of La te Q ing D yna sty W ANG M in This paper mainly summ arizes from three aspects the relationship among the new spapers, the govern2 ment and concession areas in Shanghai in late Q ing dynasty. First, there were articles in Shanghai new s2 paper about politics; second, the Chinese government didn t have conflicts with Shanghai newspapers for a long time; third, the concession areas in Shanghai, free from the direct dom ination of governm ent, p ro2 vided new spapers w ith a comparatively free political environment in which new spapers could be estab2 lished and peop le enjoyed liberty of speech. The Problem of Fore ign Concession s in Shangha i dur ing W artim e W r itten by TAKATSUNA H irofum i( Japan), Tran sla ted by CHEN Zu - en Shanghai became an isolated island and was half smaller after the incident on August 13 th. The Japa2 nese army hadn t accep ted the comp licate concessions at that time, thus p rovoking the p roblem of conces2 sion in Shanghai. There appeared two group s of peop le holding different op inions: the tough group and the international group. The two group s had some conflicts but they supp lemented each other in view of the two - sidedness and invasion into Shanghai of the Japanese army from the historical perspective. The Popular iza tion of B icycles and M odern Soc iety of Shangha i XU Tao W ith the popularization of bicycles as the penetration point, this paper has attemp ted to p robe into the interrelationship between the technology development in instruments and their users through analyzing the expansion of city space, formation of city s time pattern, changes in ways of consump tion of different social group s, etc. It also reveals its influence on the social life in cities of China. The Tenet of Zhengfeng Z iy i and the H istor ica l Facts and Vava sor ies of the K ingdom of Zheng Y U W an - li There are as many as seven subjective and objective subjects in the interp retation of Ziyi by scholars of different dynasties, but all of them are either conjectures or interp retations for the sake of interp reting. Through referring to the materials, shapes and uses of Ziyi ( kind of black clothes in ancient tim es) as well as the literature recording relevant historical facts, this paper attemp ts to p rove that the tenet of the 188
