南屯門官立中學 校內評核學生守則 I. 測驗 考試規則 1. 一般情況下, 學生應於開考前十分鐘進入試場 2. 應考中英文科口試的學生, 如在報到時間後十五分鐘內到達報到室, 仍可參加考試, 但會被扣 5 分作懲罰 ; 遲到逾十五分鐘者, 不能參加考試, 是次考試作零分計. 學生須按照座位編號就座 4. 在試場內, 學生必須保持肅靜, 不得談話或干擾他人 5. 如學生攜帶筆盒 / 筆袋, 應將筆盒 / 筆袋內的文具取出放置桌上, 然後把筆盒 / 筆袋放進書包內 6. 若學生需要使用計算機, 計算機必須印上 H.K.E.A.A. APPROVED 或 H.K.E.A. APPROVED 的標籤, 確保皮套內並無藏有任何紙張, 並將計算機放在桌上, 而計算機封蓋 / 皮套則放置於手提包內或座位下 7. 學生如攜帶手提電話, 應把它關掉並將電話放在座位椅下的當眼處, 讓監考員清楚看見 如手提電話在考試途中發出聲響, 學生會被處罰及扣分 8. 必須將個人物品放進書包內, 然後將書包扣好或拉上拉鍊, 並將書包放在座位的椅子下, 不可放在通道上 9. 學生必須聽從監考老師指示 未經指示前, 不得翻閱試卷或開始作答, 否則會被處罰及扣分 10. 學生不得早退, 須待監考老師指示, 方可離開試場 11. 除獲監考老師指示外, 學生不得將試場供應的任何物品包括試卷攜離試場 12. 除午膳時間外, 學生不得中途離開學校, 必須待當天考試完畢, 方可離開 1. 學生如被發現在考試中作弊, 會被記大過, 該科成績將被取消 14. 所有科目考試會按原定考試時間表進行, 受天氣影響而未能應考的科目, 校方會安排盡快補考 II. 學生考試名次 為使學生對自己的學業表現有更深入的瞭解, 學生於考試中的全級名次及分科名次將會詳列於 成績表內, 以供參考 高中學生的全級名次以核心科目的平均成績排序 III. 學生成績評核計分方法 全年成績 = 1 ( 上學期成績 ) + 2 ( 下學期成績 ) 2

C. Guidelines for Chinese and S4-5 English Speaking Examinations 1. All candidates should report at the Reporting Room at least 10 minutes before the designated examination time and wait for further instructions from invigilators. 2. No make-up examinations will be arranged for both English and Chinese Speaking Examinations.. Students who arrive at the Reporting Room after the designated time will be considered as late. Students who arrive within 15 minutes after the reporting time will have 5 marks deducted. Those who arrive 15 minutes after the reporting time will not be allowed to sit the exam and they will be awarded 0 marks for this paper. 4. Students who are absent from the examination due to sickness or other reasons will be handled in the same way as in other subjects. 5. Students must not leave their seats, talk, shout or refer to any books/notes/reference materials after entering the Reporting Room until the end of the examination. Otherwise, offenders will receive a mark penalty or even be disqualified from the examination. 6. Students should bring a pen/pencil for jotting down notes during the preparation period. 7. To avoid interference with the examination, students are not allowed to go to the washroom after entering the reporting room. 6
D. Instructions to candidates 1. Good conduct, silence and absolute honesty are essential on the part of every student taking the test/examination. Students disqualified for cheating or attempted cheating will be given zero marks for the papers/subjects and be punished with a demerit. 2. Bags, books and notes etc. brought into the test/examination rooms/hall with permission shall be left at a place as assigned by the teacher. You are strongly advised not to bring your mobile phone to the test/examination centre. If you have a mobile phone with you, it must be turned off (including the alarm function) and put under your chair in a position clearly visible to the invigilators. You are also advised to take out the battery from your mobile phone to ensure that no sound will be emitted because of the alarm function. If the alarm of your mobile phone rings during the test/examination, you will receive a mark penalty.. Students are not allowed to leave until the end of the test/examination/revision session. 4. Materials provided by the school for test/examination purposes should not be taken away without the permission of the invigilators. 5. Students must follow invigilators instructions during the test/examination or conduct marks will be deducted. 6. Students must follow the instructions on the question paper when answering questions, otherwise test/examination marks may be deducted. 7. Any student absent from the test/examination due to sickness should produce a medical certificate on his/her return to school. 8. No supplementary test/examination will be conducted for students who have been absent from or have failed in the test/examination. 9. In the event of the closure of school due to adverse conditions, such as tropical cyclone, the test/examination scheduled to be held on that day will be postponed and arrangements for these tests/examinations will be announced later. Tests/Examinations will, however, resume according to the original test/examination timetable when the school re-opens. 10. You should write your Class, Name, Class Number or/and mark the appropriate boxes for the above information ONLY AFTER the announcement of the start of the test/examination. 11. Use of M.C. answer sheets a. When marking on the multiple choice answer sheet, students should use a pencil. b. Fill in all information at the top of the answer sheet (Subject Name, Date, Level, Class, Class Number) and blacken the appropriate boxes. Please ignore the Student Number and Subject Code. c. Students should mark the class number in digits, such as 007 for class number 7 and 028 for class number 28. d. To mark a box, students should blacken the entire space.
