2015 5 95 1674-5205 2015 05-0095- 011 410082 Abstract The concept of juristic person is defined in the civil law initially. The meaning of juristic person in the public law which derived from civil law is different from its original meaning. The exiting of two different concepts of juristic person in law lead to lots of problem including the loss of referential value of juristic person the conflicts and difficulties in the building of legal concept system and etc. The concept of juristic person should be defined in civil law because it is more feasible more in line with the theory of the relativity of legal personality. We should adhere to the concept of juristic person in civil law and implement the systemization of the concept of legal subjects.
