Whether the immigrant could smoothly integrate into the immigrated state is one of the foremost criteria to justify the immigration policy of the immigrated state. Migrant integration system plays a key role in the process of integration. China pursues a policy of actively introducing foreign talents. However migrant integration system has not attracted enough attention yet. It is necessary to comprehend and understand it as well establish and improve China s migration integration system to further implement the strategy of strengthening the strength of state by human resource.
