Analyss of Resources Msallocaton among Regons from 1992 to 2015 JIN La-qun School of Busness Nngbo Unversty Nngbo 315211 Chna Abstract Regonal market segmentaton stll has a serous mpact on allocaton effcency of resources and TFP. Usng the calculatng model and the provncal level data from 1992 to 2015 t show that Resources msallocaton between provnces led to TFP losses of 9. 71% on average and 8. 62% s ascrbed to labor msallocaton 0. 86% s ascrbed to captal msallocaton. The degree led by labor msallocaton s much more serous than captal msallocaton. Labor msallocaton between provnces allevated from 2003 to 2015. However captal msallocaton ncreased from 2008. As to the degree of excessve or nadequate of factor nput ths paper fnds that factor nputs are excessve n the md-west and the northeast whle are nadequate n the southeast and Boha-rm regon especally labor nput. Although the degree of excessve or nadequate of labor nput eased year by year there are a 50% surplus n the md-west and a 40% gap n the southeast and Boharm regon by 2015.
