1 Welcome Offers on Designated General Insurance Products ( Offer ) General Terms and Conditions 1. The Offer is provided by AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited ( AXA ). 2. The Offer is applicable to customers who submit a completed application for any designated insurance products as stated in paragraphs 9 and 10 below during the respective specified period to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ( HSBC ) ( Eligible Applicants )*. 3. Customers who have withdrawn or cancelled an application/a policy for a designated insurance product within six months before the application for the same insurance product under the Offer will not be entitled to the Offer in respect of the relevant product. The date appearing in AXA s records will be conclusive as to the date on which the application/policy of the relevant insurance product was filed, withdrawn or cancelled. 4. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferrable. 5. If the Eligible Applicant* is also entitled to other prevailing promotional offer(s) in respect of the same insurance policy. HSBC and AXA reserve the right to provide only one of such offers to the customer, at HSBC and AXA s discretion. 6. In case of any dispute arising from this Offer, the decision of HSBC and AXA shall be final and conclusive. 7. No person other than the customers, HSBC and AXA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. 8. HSBC and AXA reserve the right to alter or terminate this Offer (in whole or in part) or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 9. The following additional Terms and Conditions apply to the respective designated insurance products. a) Specific Terms and Conditions for FirstCare / Plan C or Plan D of Cancer Care OTO e-cuddle X (Model No. EU-280X) i) FirstCare / Plan C or Plan D of Cancer Care policy must be applied for between 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2017 (both days inclusive) and paid by annual payment mode. An OTO e-cuddle X will be offered to each FirstCare policy / Plan C or Plan D of Cancer Care policy successfully issued by AXA on or before 31 May ii) A redemption letter for OTO e-cuddle X will be mailed to the Eligible Applicant s* last known correspondence address of the relevant policy in AXA s record by 31 July The cooling off period of the relevant policy must be expired and the relevant policy must remain in force when the redemption letter is mailed out. The redemption letter for the OTO e-cuddle X will not be replaced if lost or damaged. iii) The OTO e-cuddle X is provided by OTO Bodycare (Hong Kong) Limited ( OTO ) and must be redeemed within 2 months of redemption letter issue date. The redemption is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the redemption letter. Neither HSBC nor AXA shall have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by OTO. b) Specific Terms and Conditions for Outpatient Care / Plan A or Plan B of Cancer Care OTO Neck Snuggler (Model No. NS-100) i) Outpatient Care / Plan A or Plan B of Cancer Care policy must be applied for between 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2017 (both days inclusive) and paid by annual payment mode. An OTO Neck Snuggler will be offered to each Outpatient Care / Plan A or Plan B of Cancer Care policy successfully issued by AXA on or before 31 May ii) A redemption letter for OTO Neck Snuggler will be mailed to the Eligible Applicant s* last known correspondence address of the relevant policy in AXA s record by 31 July The cooling off period of the relevant policy must be expired and the relevant policy must remain in force when the redemption letter is mailed out. Neither HSBC nor AXA shall have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by OTO. c) Specific Terms and Conditions for HospitalSurance / AccidentSurance OTO Neck Snuggler (Model No. NS-100) i) HospitalSurance / AccidentSurance policy must be applied for between 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2017 (both days inclusive) and paid by annual payment mode at the original price. An OTO Neck Snuggler will be offered to each HospitalSurance / AccidentSurance successfully issued by AXA on or before 31 May ii) A redemption letter for OTO Neck Snuggler will be mailed to the Eligible Applicant s* last known correspondence address of the relevant policy in AXA s record by 31 July The cooling off period of the relevant policy must be expired and the relevant policy must remain in force when the redemption letter is mailed out. The redemption letter for the OTO Neck Snuggler will not be replaced if lost or damaged. iii) The OTO Neck Snuggler is provided by OTO Bodycare (Hong Kong) Limited ( OTO ) and must be redeemed within 2 months of redemption letter issue date. The redemption is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the redemption letter. Neither HSBC nor AXA shall have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by OTO. d) Specific Terms and Conditions for HomeSurance Rasonic Multi Hot Plate i) HomeSurance must be applied for between 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2017 (both days inclusive) and paid by annual payment mode at the original price. A Rasonic Multi Hot Plate ( Hot Plate ) will be offered to each policy successfully issued by AXA on or before 31 May Customers who have enjoyed other HSBC or AXA promotional offers in respect of the same insured property, are not entitled to this Offer. ii) A redemption letter for the Hot Plate will be mailed to the Eligible Applicant s* last known correspondence address of the relevant policy in AXA's record by 31 July The cooling off period of the relevant policy must be expired and the relevant policy must remain in force when the redemption letter is mailed out. The redemption letter for the Hot Plate will not be replaced if lost or damaged. iii) The Hot Plate is provided by Shun Hing Electric Works & Engineering Co., Ltd. ( Shun Hing ) and must be redeemed within 2 months of redemption letter issue date. The redemption is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the redemption letter. Neither HSBC nor AXA shall have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by Shun Hing. e) Specific Terms and Conditions for Motor Insurance Caltex StarCash Card i) Motor Insurance must be applied for between 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2017 (both days inclusive). A Caltex StarCash Card ( StarCash Card ) worth HKD200 will be offered to each policy with first annual premium amounting between HKD2,001 to HKD4,000. A StarCash Card worth HKD500 will be offered to each policy with first annual premium amounting to HKD4,001 or above. The policy must be successfully issued by AXA on or before 31 May ii) The StarCash Card will be mailed to the Eligible Applicant s* last known correspondence address of the relevant policy in AXA's record by 31 July The cooling off period of the relevant policy must be expired and the relevant policy must remain in force when the StarCash Card is mailed out. The StarCash Card will not be replaced if lost or damaged. iii) The StarCash Card is provided by Chevron Hong Kong Limited ("Chevron") and subject to the terms and conditions stated in the StarCash Card. Neither HSBC nor AXA shall have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by Chevron. 10. Specific Terms and Conditions for Multiple Purchase Additional Offer Wellcome Supermarket Cash Vouchers a) Applicable insurance products are AccidentSurance, Cancer Care, FirstCare, HomeSurance, HospitalSurance, Motor Insurance, Outpatient Care, and Multi-trip TravelSurance ( Applicable Products ). b) An Eligible Applicant* who has applied for two or more Applicable Products between 1 January 2017 and 30 April 2017 and the policy (ies) being successfully issued by AXA on or before 31 May 2017, will be entitled to Wellcome Supermarket Cash Vouchers ( Vouchers ) worth HKD200. c) The Vouchers will be mailed to the Eligible Applicant s* last known correspondence address of the relevant policy in AXA s record by 31 July The cooling off period of the relevant policy must be expired and the relevant policy must remain in force when the Vouchers are mailed out. The Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or damaged. d) The Vouchers are provided by Wellcome and subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Vouchers. Neither HSBC nor AXA shall have any obligations or liabilities whatsoever in relation to the goods and/or service(s) provided by Wellcome.

The general insurance policies are underwritten by AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited ( AXA ), which is authorised and regulated by the Commissioner of Insurance of the Hong Kong SAR. AXA will be responsible for providing your insurance coverage and handling claims under your policy. The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ( HSBC ) is registered in accordance with the Insurance Companies Ordinance (Cap. 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as an insurance agent of AXA for distribution of general insurance products in the Hong Kong SAR. General insurance plans are products of AXA but not HSBC. For monetary disputes arising between HSBC and you out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction by HSBC, HSBC will enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with you. On the other hand, for any disputes over the terms and conditions of your policy, AXA will resolve with you directly.
