However, it may damage the coated surface if the surface is exposed to the sun for a long time. 貼皮及烤漆是非常重視表面之產品所以在銷售及加工處理上必須要非常注意以下重點 : 1. 運輸當使用鋼纜吊運時, 鋼纜需放在鋼板下方的保護片上, 不可以直接接觸鋼板及傷害鋼板邊緣甚至在包裝時必須小心以避免堆高機或其他設備撞擊, 同樣的所有包裝需要有防潮保護 2. 儲存避免造成損害, 不要堆疊超過 3 個棧板以上, 並保持先進先出之存放方式, 在存放期間儘量保持低層的堆疊以利控管 3. 加工處理小心的避免鋼板的板頭尾切邊處刮傷貼皮或塗裝面, 如果在加工處理過程有潤滑需求, 則使用特殊的種類塗料去保護切邊處 ( 鍍鋅產品不寫 ) 4. 清洗為了去除髒污可以使用清潔劑肥皂水酒精或苯類不要使用酮類或酯類等調薄劑 ( 貼皮有問題 ) 5. 保護膜可以保護貼皮或烤漆產品表面以避免在運輸儲存及加工處理過程被損傷, 另外, 使用保護膜應避免陽光長時間的直接照射 10 12
