Bonus Gallery Hot Picks Terms and Conditions: 1. The Bonus Gallery Hot Picks redemption offer (the Offer ) is only applicable to principal holders of a BEA Credit Card (the Cardholder ). The BEA i-titanium Card, BEA JCB PLATINUM Card, BEA Corporate Card, and all supplementary cards are excluded. 2. A Cardholder may combine Bonus Points from two of his/her BEA Credit Card accounts per redemption. Bonus Points and related amounts will initially be deducted from the credit card account that is entered first when a redemption request is made; any remaining Bonus Points required will be deducted from the second credit card account entered. If a Cardholder makes a redemption request for the gifts/vouchers/cash coupons available with i-coupons, Bonus Gallery Hot Picks and a redemption request for any other vouchers available in the Bonus Gallery on the same day, The Bank of East Asia, Limited ( BEA ) will first deduct the Bonus Points required for the i-coupon, followed by the Bonus Points required for the Bonus Gallery Hot Picks item, and then the Bonus Points required for the Bonus Gallery vouchers, from the relevant credit card account. 3. BEA s acceptance of a redemption request is subject to the Cardholder s having accumulated sufficient Bonus Points and to their current credit standing during the redemption period. In the event that the BEA Credit Card account does not have sufficient Bonus Points, the redemption request will be automatically cancelled. The Cardholder s BEA Credit Card account must be valid during the redemption period and at the time the Bonus Points are deducted, otherwise the redemption will be cancelled. BEA will confirm the redemption in writing. 4. Redemptions cannot be cancelled or altered once made. Redemption letters/vouchers/cash coupons that have been claimed or delivered will not be refunded. 5. Redemption letters/vouchers/cash coupons will be sent to the Cardholder s correspondence address by ordinary mail within 11 working days after the redemption request is accepted by BEA. Please refer to the redemption letter for item collection details. 6. Cardholders who redeem Bonus Points for vouchers/cash coupons worth HK$5,000 or above, must collect the vouchers/cash coupons at a BEA branch. A Customer Services Representative will contact the Cardholder to arrange collection. 7. BEA will not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen redemption letters/vouchers/cash coupons, and will not be held liable for and will not re-issue the same. 8. All product information, prices, and photos shown are for reference only. The suppliers information shall prevail. 9. Bonus Gallery terms and conditions apply to the Offer. 10. If any transaction is cancelled or refunded for whatever reason, the relevant Bonus Points may be deducted or cancelled at BEA s discretion. Illegal/fraudulent transactions and fraud relating to redemption requests may result in the deduction or cancellation of the relevant Bonus Points as well as the cancellation of the Cardholder s BEA Credit Card account. BEA reserves the right to charge an amount equivalent to the Bonus Points required (at a conversion rate of HK$1 for every 200 Bonus Points, rounded up to the nearest Hong Kong dollar) directly from the relevant credit card account with appropriate notice and to take legal action, if deemed appropriate. 11. BEA makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by the participating merchants. BEA shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by the participating merchants. Cardholders should direct any queries or complaints to the relevant participating merchant. 12. BEA reserves the sole right to vary or cancel the Offer and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice.
