Informatics? 護理資訊 Information Electronic Informatics 資訊學 電腦學 護理學 Information Science Computer Science Nursing Science 護理資訊定義 Nursing Informatics A combination of computer science, information science, and nursing science designed to assist in the management and processing of nursing data, information, and knowledge to support the practice of nursing and delivery of nursing care (Graves & Corcoran, 1989) NI is a specialty that integrates nursing science, computer science, and information science to manage and communicate data, information, and knowledge in nursing practice. Nursing informatics facilitates the integration of data, information, and knowledge to support patients, nurses, and other providers in their decision-making in all roles and settings. This support is accomplished thru the use of information structures, information processes, and information tech (ANA, 2002, p17) 結合護理專業 資訊科學, 將資料取得 儲存 顯示 傳達轉化為特有的護理資訊與知識的過程, 可提供照護中之病人相關訊息, 並促使護理教育 護理研究與護理實務結合 (Saba & McCormick, 1996) 運用電腦系統及資料科技於護理範疇, 使護理人員可以透過資訊系統有效管理病人 進行護理照護計畫 提供行政管理及護理教育 (Saba & Erdley, 2006). 結合護理科學 電腦科學 及資訊科學於臨床 行政 教育 研究的資料收集 處理及知識延伸的專業學門 (ANA, 2008) 3
四大運用層面 健康照護資訊 臨床 教育 行政 研究 Healthcare Informatics It is the umbrella term encompassing medical, nursing, dental, & pharmacy informatics Hannah et al., 2003 護理資訊的目標 資訊護理師 經由有效的資料彙整與運用, 促進個人 家庭 社區的健康 運用科技於臨床照護, 建立完整的行政管理系統, 提供終身學習, 輔助研究的進行 Nurse Informaticist, Informatics Nurse, Nursing Informatics Specialist, Nursing Informatician 1980 被 ANA 認可 至少需有大學學位 應考資格 (1) 1995 年起由 ANA 的 American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) 認證 具美國 美國附屬地及其它國家的 RN 職照 二年的臨床工作經驗 具護理或相關領域大學或以上的學歷 三年內完成 30 小時和護理資訊相關的研習 應考資格 (2) 具備下列其一 過去 3 年有 2000hrs 和護理資訊領域相關的經驗 過去 3 年有 1000hrs 和護理資訊領域相關的經驗且完成 12 學分的護理資訊研究所課程 取得護理資訊研究所學位並在老師的督導下完成至少 200 小時和護理資訊相關的經驗 http://www.nursecredentialing.org/nur sespecialties/informatics.aspx 4
