4.2 複利現值 定義 : 未來期一筆錢在今天的價值 例 4-3: 你現在大二, 再兩年後當你畢業時父母會給你 10 萬元創業金, 請問那 10 萬元在大二的你值多少, 即為現值 ( 折現 ) 的概念 做法 : 現在跟銀行借一筆錢, 金額為 PV, 銀行給你的貸款利率為 i %, 借了 n 年, 則到時候要還銀行的錢為 FV 可將此關係表示為 : PV (1 i%) n FV 符號定義 : PV: 本金, 即現值 (Present value) FV: 複利終值 (Future Value) i %: 利率 (interest) n: 期數 因為你知道畢業後會有 10 萬元, 因此代入數字後 ( 假設銀行貸款利率為 3%): 2 PV (1 3%) 10萬 求未知數 PV: 10萬 PV (1+3%) 2 =94,259.59 意味著可向銀行貸的錢是 94,259.59 元, 等到兩年後要還銀行 10 萬元, 恰好可利用父母給的創業金 10 萬元來償還 亦即兩年後的 10 萬元, 在利率為 3% 的情況下之現值 ( 或折現 ) 為 94,259.59 元 4-4
