Set up your product UE 3600 Connect the headphones to an audio source (e.g., a smartphone, tablet or music player) with a 3.5 mm audio jack. 1. For most devices, connect the headphones, tablets directly. 2. Use the smartphone adapter if low notes (bass) and voice do not sound full, rich, and present on your smartphone, or if background sounds fade in and out. 1 2 English 5
Set up your product Connect the headphones to an audio source (PC) with a 3.5 mm audio jack. 1. For PCs with headphone and microphone jacks, use the Y-cable adapter to chat or make calls. (Works with most PCs.) Note: When using the headphones on a PC, the media/calling controls will not work. 1 6 English

Troubleshooting No sound or faint sound Check the headphone cable connection to your device. Check the volume on your device and in your media application. Restart your media application. Use the smartphone adapter with your smartphone if low notes (bass) and voice do not sound full, rich, and present or if background sounds are not well mixed and they fade in and out. For live chat on PCs with headphone and microphone jacks, use the Y-cable adapter. See Set up your product. Headphones not working with a computer Specify audio settings for your operating system: Mac OS X Go to System Preferences > Sound: Output tab: Choose internal speakers. Then adjust Output volume and deselect Mute. Input tab: Choose internal microphone. Then adjust output volume and deselect mute. Windows 7 Go to Start > Control Panel > Sound > Playback: 1. Choose your computer s speakers. 2. Go to Properties > Levels, and then: Adjust volume for speakers and deselect mute. Adjust volume for microphone and deselect mute.
