2016-2017 Information for Transfer Admission 1. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an admission assessment. Parents will be notified of the assessment arrangements by phone in due course. 2. The application is valid for three months, counted from the date on which the application form is received. Applicants who are not invited to attend the admission assessment during the validity period may assume that their applications are unsuccessful. The application forms will be destroyed. 3. We accept students from all regions in Hong Kong. Any students eligible for attending schools in Hong Kong, with good conduct, outstanding academic achievement and performance in extra-curricular activities, are welcome to apply for admission. 4. Annual school fees for the 2016-2017, to be paid in ten installments, are as follows: Grade 1-6 : HK$ 23,900 Grade 7-9 : HK$ 26,300 Grade 10-11 : HK$ 33,100 5. Application Procedures: Please complete the application form and return it, together with the following documents, to our school in person or mail to Pui Kiu College, No.1 Tai Wai New Village Road, Tai Wai, Shatin, N.T., with Pui Kiu College Admission Application stated on the envelope. Copies of school reports for the recent year Copy of HK Birth Certificate or HKID Card (For non-local children, copies of valid supporting documents certifying that the child has been granted permission to reside in HK are required.) Copies of recommendation letters, records of extra-curricular activities or awards (maximum 5 one-sided A4 paper). Application fee (original bank-in-slip or customer advice) Attached acknowledgement letter with postage $1.7 (if needed) 6.
