The Application of Laser Caving in Image and Pattern Formation
I
II
ABSTRACT Laser carving is an economical method of producing complex images and pattern in small quantities and variable types. We use try and error method to obtain the proper laser operation parameters. From our analysis, we improve the product quality and reduce waste. Some problems such as wrinkling, curling, and tiny breakage in the plastic plate or the short life in the carving patterns can be eliminated under the proper operation parameters. We believe these laser cutting operation databases will be valid in manufacturing the other types of the complex image or pattern carving products. III
