summary Earthquake is a major disaster event in Taiwan. It always causes great damage so the government was to advance the works of disaster prevention and very actives now. Thus, it is necessary that to promote the abilities of Disaster Prevention and Emergency Response for the society people. According the concept of General Disaster Prevention, we should be able to do that integrated the knowledge of Disaster Prevention and Emergency Response with educations. This study is a comprehensive plan for 3 years. The results will achieve the emergency response plan of Earthquake Disaster and Hazards Mitigation education. The first year: to draw up an Emergency Response Plan of Earthquake Disaster for the community. The second year: to develop a syllabus of Earthquake Emergency Response, cultivate teachers, and after teaching demonstration to returned the syllabuses.
