ABSTRACT KEY WORD: the high-story office buildings evaluating of evacuation safety. the evacuating drill the As result of the rapid economic development in recent years domestically, as well as the price increases for the architectural base and the improvement of technology. The trends for building structures are moving toward more complex and multipurpose of the higher buildings developments.however, the high-story office buildings cover vast area, have complex structures, have large capacity, use special materials, and they are multi-purposed. All these causes would lead to more property and life threatening results when disaster striking in opposition to shorter office buildings. In view of the lack of knowledge and neglignet emphasis on exercising the concept of escaping disaster of our fellow countrymen. This study would apply the international knowledge and domestic laws and regulations, to establish a complete model for escaping calamity from the high-story buildings in the future. There is no still evaluating model of evacuation safety can be used for architecture and fire protection professionals as a reference. This study will use practical cases from investigation domestically, and it will establish basic information for architectural personals to match their behaviors when encounter disasters.that will compare and analyze the each evacuation finish time in practice evaluating model of evacuation safety with JAPAN inspect and prove method and UK building-exodus. To inspect the related issues of the high-story buildings in evacuation safety, and then compare the evacuation action characteristics of our fellow countrymen. The above evaluating models raise the related suggestions for the location. Except to establish the reference resources for evaluating model of evacuation safety in the future. II
