As such, terms any share options granted by Company are required to comply with requirements State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission State Council ("SASAC"). 2.2 In this regard, SASAC requires that basis for determination exercise price for a share option be higher (i) average last dealt price for a share Company for five (5) consecutive trading days immediately preceding fer date that share option, rounded up to nearest whole cent 国 in event fractional prices; and (ii) last dealt price for a share 续 Company on fer date that share option.
