1. INSTRUCTIONS Thank you for your purchasing our newest telephone with Caller ID function. This manual is designed to familiarize with your phone. To get the maximum use from this product, we suggest that you read this instruction manual before operating it. 2. FEATURES 1. 接听电话在手动接听电话状态下, 电话响铃时, 话机发出铃声, 同时指示灯亮 ; 此时按 ON 键开机接通电话进行通话, 通话完毕后按 ON 键关机结束通话 2. 拨打电话在待机状态下拨打你需要的电话再按 ON 键, 或按 ON 键听到忙音后拨打你需要的电话号码, 此时工作指示灯亮, 显示屏上显示相应的号码 ; 通话完毕后按 ON 键关机结束通话 3. 铃声设置使用话机侧面的 RINGER 开关选择铃声, 开关置于 OUT 位置时为外置铃声, 开关置于 IN 时为内置铃声 4. 喇叭音量调节在通话状态下调节音量钮使喇叭音量适中 5. 收线功能按 FLASH 键配合交换机实现交换功能 6. 重拨功能在待机时预拨号, 按 REDIAL 键话机将快速拨出预拨号码 在查询状态下, 查询到某个号码, 按 REDIAL 键话机将快速拨出查询到的号码 在开机状态下, 按 REDIAL 键将会重拨最后一组电话号码 7. 来电查询在待机状态下, 按 DOWN 键进入来电查询状态, 配合 UP 键可向上和向下翻查, 显示屏显示来电的号码, 日期及时间等信息 注 : 话机自动侦测并显示来电号码, 同时显示来电的日期, 时间, 并记录这是第几个来电. 如果是 FSK 制式, 来电显示信号会自动刷新月, 日以及时间的设置, 而年的设置不变. 对于 DTMF 制式, 所有设置均不被改变. 由于 DTMF 信号只含有来电号码, 不含来电日期及时间 因此, 系统收到 DTMF 来电号码时, 会将已设置的日期及时间赋予该来电号码. 显示屏同时显示来电序号 若是新号码, 会有 NEW 标志同时出现. 如果已有号码, 则会有 REPEAT 标志出现. 如果来电是保密, 则显示屏会显示 ----P----, 如果来电出范围, 则显示 ----O---- ; 如果来电信号不正确则显示 ----E---- 8. 来电回拨按 DOWN 键进入来电查询状态, 配合 UP 或 DOWN 键可向上 / 向下翻查, 显示屏显示来电的号码, 日期及时间等信息 查询到来电后, 直接按 ON 键或 REDIAL 键, 可对来电号码进行回拨 ; 连续按两次 REDIAL 键, 话机会在首位号码前自动加 0 进行长途回拨 9. 去电查询按 OUT 键可循环查询最近拨出的号码和通话时间 如果查到的号码要再次拨出, 直接按 ON 键或 REDIAL 键即可 去电最多可存 32 位, 如果号码超过 16 位时, 手动翻查进行顺序查看 FSK/DTMF dual system auto switch 38 group Caller ID message memories 5 group outgoing message memories 3 group one-touch dialing memories 5 digit of local area code 16 digits of number of incoming call display and backlight indication 15dB speakerphone volume number control Ringer of outside and inside option function, incoming call indication In use indication RJ-11 jack 3. It will reset to the correct time when the first caller ID data is received. 5.2 Plug one end of flat cord to line jack 5.3 Plug one end of headset cord to the jack of the base set. At standby state, press SET to enter the set at this time, LCD will display the item to set. Use UP or DOWN to select from the menu including Set Time/Date, Set Local Area Code, Set Area Code, Set Flash Time. Press DELETE to exit the setting menu. 6.1 SET DATE/TIME When the LCD displays SET 1 DATE, press SET to enter Press UP or DOWN to set the present year Press SET to confirm the year Use the same method to set month, day, hour and minute 6.2 SET LOCAL AREA CODE When the LCD displays SET 2 CODE, press SET to enter Use UP or DOWN to select the first digit of area code Press SET to confirm the first digit Use the same method to set the rest digits 6.3 SET AREA CODE When the LCD displays SET 3 PCODE, press SET to enter Use UP or DOWN to select the first digit of area code Press SET to confirm the first digit Use the same method to set the rest digits 7.1 ANSWER A CALL When you hear the phone ring and the ringing indicator turns on, you have an incoming call. Press ON button to answer the call. 7.2 MAKE A CALL Press the ON button, when you hear a dial tone, dial using the dial pad or memory buttons. 7.3 RINGER SELECT Use the RINGER switch on the side of the base to adjust the ringer volume to OUT or IN. 7.4 SPEAKER VOLUME ADJUST 1. 电话线连接连接电话线到底座电话线接口 ( LINE ) 连接外线好后话机自动显示数字 2. 连接耳机线连接耳机线到底座耳机接口 ( HEADSET ) 3. 安装耳机支架 ( 可选 ) 取耳机支架并将其插入到话机的耳机支架插孔内 在待机状态下按 SET 键, 进入系统设置状态, 显示屏显示 SET 1 DATE, 此时, 用 UP 或 DWON 键可改变设置选项, 显示屏同时显示对应的设置项目 再按 SET 键进入该项设置 在项目设置完成后, 按 SET 键进入下一项设置 注 : 在任何选项下按 DELETE 键退出系统设置回到待机状态, 如果在 3 秒钟内没有按任何按键, 系统将自动回到待机状态下 1. 日期和时间设置在待机状态下按 SET 键, 显示屏提示 SET 1 DATE, 按 SET 键确认 进入日期和时间设置后, 年的显示闪烁, 可按 UP 或 DOWN 键修改日期, 小时和分钟 小时和分钟的设置对十位和个位分别设置 按 SET 键确认分钟个位设置时话机会自动清秒, 时间及日期设置完成后, 显示屏会自动显示对应的星期以及当月挂历 同时系统跳到下一个系统设置选项 注 :FSK 来电信号自动刷新原有的系统日期时间,DTMF 来电信号对原系统时间, 日期的设置没有影响 2. 区域码设置显示屏提示 SET 2 CODE, 按 SET 键确认, 显示屏显示 CODE-----, 按 SET 键确认, 进入区号的设置, 第一个 - 闪烁 ( 如果有设置过区号, 则显示设置的区号, 区号第一个号码闪烁 ) 按 UP 或 DOWN 键可设置或修改为 0 到 9, 完成第一位设置后, 按 SET 键进入第二位设置, 第三到第五位号码同上述步骤操作 设置完成后, 系统将会跳到下一个系统设置 3. 出局设置显示屏提示 SET 3 PCODE, 按 SET 键确认, 显示屏显示 CODE-----, 按 SET 键确认, 进入区号的设置, 第一个 - 闪烁 ( 如果有设置过区号, 则显示设置的区号, 区号第一个号码闪烁 ) 按 UP 或 DOWN 键可设置或修改为 0 到 9, 完成第一位设置后, 按 SET 键进入第二位设置, 第三到第五位号码同上述步骤操作 设置完成后, 系统将会跳到下一个系统设置 4. 自动 IP 设置此项功能保留

When there is an incoming call, the LCD will display the number, area code, time and date of the call. When receiving a telephone call, the telephone will detect the FSK or DTMF format and display the calling number. If this is a FSK format caller ID signal, the current date and time display will also be updated. If this is a newly coming call, the NEW icon will be displayed. If the incoming call is a repeat number, the REP icon will be displayed. If the incoming call is a private call, the icon ---p--- will be displayed. If the incoming call is out of area, the icon ---o--- will be displayed. If a wrong number comes in, the ---E--- will be displayed. 7.8 CALLING BACK A NUMBER FROM THE CALLER ID LIST Under standby state, use UP and DOWN to select the desired number. If the area code was set and the incoming call is 7 digits, press REDIAL once to keep showing 7 digits, press REDIAL twice to show 10 digits with adding 3 digits area code, press REDIAL three times to show 11 digits with adding area code and long distance code 1 as the first digit. Pick the handset to dial out the displaying number. If the incoming call is 10 digits, press REDIAL once to show 11 digits with adding long distance code 1 as the first digit. Press REDIAL twice to show 10 digits and press REDIAL three times to show 7 digits to eliminate the area code. Pick the handset to dial out the displaying number. Under in-use state, use UP and DOWN to select the desired number. Press REDIAL and the displaying number will be dialed out automatically after 2 seconds. If the area code was set and the incoming call is 7 digits, press REDIAL once to keep showing 7 digits, press REDIAL twice to show 10 digits with adding 3 digits area code, press REDIAL three times to show 11 digits with adding area code and long distance code 1 as the first digit. Waiting for 2 seconds and the displaying number will be dialed out automatically. If the incoming call is 10 digits, press REDIAL once to show 11 digits with adding long distance code 1 as the first digit. Press REDIAL twice to show 10 digits and press REDIAL three times to show to show 7 digits to eliminate the area code. Waiting for 2 seconds and the displaying number will be dialed out automatically. 7.9 REVIEWING THE CALLER ID LIST Press UP or DOWN to review the outgoing calls (at most 16 calls) 7.10 DELETE FUNCTION In set mode, press DELTET button is used to quit set. When you use pre-dial function, press DEL button is used to correct the input mistake. When you check the incoming calls memories, press DELETE button is used to delete the unwanted memory. If you press DELETE button and to not release for more than 4 second, all memories will be deleted,

If you press DELETE button and do not release for more than 4 second, all memories will be deleted. 7.11 SETTING AND CHECKING VIP NUMBER You can set some important numbers in the Caller ID list to VIP numbers. The VIP number will not be flush away by the newly coming number when the memory is full. When standby state, press UP or DOWN button to select a number. Press PAUSE button, this selected number becomes VIP number. If a number is set as VIP, the LCD will show a LOCK icon. You can set as many as 62 VIP numbers.
