公司沿革 Company History 1966 成立和大工業股份有限公司 Hota Industrial Mfg. Co., Ltd was established. 1982 榮獲經濟部頒發優良製造商, 連續四年得此殊榮 Elected as Excellent Quality Plant by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection, MOEA four years in a row. 1995 通過 ISO-9002 品保認證, 同年進軍美國汽車齒輪 OEM 市場 Certified with ISO-9002 and started OEM businesses in North America. 1999 獲得來自 SYM 品質認證 Certified by SYM quality system. 2000 2003 2007 2011 2012 在台灣上市上櫃 ( 業界第一家 ) Became the first auto parts company being listed in TSE. 通過 ISO-14001 與 TS16949 認證, 且榮獲 YAMAHA 最佳供應商獎項 Certified with ISO-14001 AND ts16949; awarded Best Supplier by GM; started production in the new palant located in CTSP.
