1 Il ristorante Leon d Oro è una storia che inizia nel 1979, ma che ha origini nel novecento. Come nel viaggio di Marco Polo, tutto nasce a Venezia. Il primo Leon d Oro era un ristorante veneto degli anni 30, da cui Loy Wing Ken di Hong Kong, uno dei primi veri Chef di cucina cinese a Milano, ne eredita il nome negli anni 70. Con il tempo il Leon d Oro si è evoluto, vivendo il suo presente senza dimenticare le sue origini, presentando un suo stile che è frutto delle due culture culinarie con cui i figli sono nati e cresciuti: quella italiana e quella asiatica.
