2 保險中介人持續專業培訓課程 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Courses for Insurance Intermediaries 課程簡介 Course Introduction 澳門特區政府將於 2018 年 1 月 1 日起實施保險中介人持續專業培訓計劃, 以鼓勵保險中介人透過持續學習, 提升其專業水平, 從而為客戶提供更優質的服務有見及此, 澳門金融學會與香港職業訓練局轄下的高峰進修學院合作, 在澳門為本澳保險中介人舉辦一系列的持續專業培訓課程, 以幫助本澳保險中介人完成規定的持續專業培訓時數課程內容涵蓋保險相關的法律及顧客服務等 The Macao SAR government will implement the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme for insurance intermediaries starting from 1 January It aims to encourage insurance intermediaries to carry on continuous learning so as to enhance professionalism and provide excellent services to customers. In order to help Macao s insurance intermediaries meet the CPD hours required, the Macau Institute of Financial Services (IFS) therefore cooperates with the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge of Vocational Training Council (PEAK/VTC) to launch a series of CPD courses in Macao.
