2 -2- 前言本標準係依據 1998 年發行之第 2 版 IEC 60799, 不變更技術內容, 制定成為中華民國國家標準者本標準係依標準法之規定, 經國家標準審查委員會審定, 由主管機關公布之中華民國國家標準依標準法第四條之規定, 國家標準採自願性方式實施但經各該目的事業主管機關引用全部或部分內容為法規者, 從其規定本標準並未建議所有安全事項, 使用本標準前應適當建立相關維護安全與健康作業, 並且遵守相關法規之規定本標準之部分內容, 可能涉及專利權商標權與著作權, 主管機關及標準專責機關不負責任何或所有此類專利權商標權與著作權之鑑別

Scope 1. 適用範圍 This international Standard specifies requirements for cord sets and interconnection cord sets for household and similar general purpose equipment. 本標準針對家用或類似用途設備之電源線組及互連式電源線組規定相關要求 It does not apply to cord sets for industrial purposes (with plugs and connectors according to IEC 60309) nor to cord extension sets. 本標準不適用於工業用電源線組 (IEC 所規範之插頭及連接器 ) 或轉接電源線組 NOTE - Although electrical supply flexes provided with rewirable plugs and connectors are not cord sets in the sense of this standard, but considered as being similar to cord sets and serving the same purpose, it is recommended to apply the requirements as specified in this standard to such assemblies as well as far as is reasonable. 備考 : 雖然電源花線上結合可更換電線之插頭與連接器之結構, 似乎非本標準所稱之電源線組, 惟視為與電源線組類似且用途一致時, 建議適用本標準所規定之相關要求 2 Normative references 2. 引用標準 The following normative documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this International Standard. Definitions 3. 用語及定義 For the purpose of this International Standard, the following definitions apply: 本標準適用下列用語 3.1 cord set 3.1 電源線組 (cord set) Assembly consisting of one flexible cable or cord fitted with one non-rewirable plug and one non-rewirable connector, intended for the connection of an electrical appliance or equipment to the electrical supply. 以 1 條可撓性電纜或電線, 裝配 1 個不可更換電線插頭及 1 個不可更換電線連接器, 作為電器或設備與電源間連接用之總成 3.2interconnection cord set 3.2 互連式電源線組 (interconnection cord set) Assembly consisting of one cord with one non-rewirable plug connector and one non-rewirable connector, intended for the interconnection of the electrical supply from one electrical appliance or equipment to another. 以 1 條電線搭配 1 個不可更換電線插頭及 1 個不可更換連接器, 作為電器或設備與電源間互連之用 NOTE 1 - The definitions of non-rewirable plug and non-rewirable connector are given in IEC and respectively. 備考 1. 不可更換電線插頭及不可更換電線連接器之定義, 分別規定於 (IEC ) 及 (IEC ) 中 NOTE 2 - The difference between a cord set or an interconnection cord set and a cord extension set is that the latter has a portable socket-outlet instead of a connector and cannot be used to connect appliances or equipment directly to the electrical supply. 備考 2. 電源線組或互連式電源線組與轉接電源線組之差異在於, 後者以 1 個可攜式插座取代連接器, 且不作為直接將電源連接至電器或設備之用 NOTE 3.- Non-rewirable plugs attached to a length of cord, sometimes called incomplete cord sets, are covered by IEC 備考 3. 不可更換電線插頭附加一條電線之總成, 有時稱為不完整電源線組, 屬 (IEC ) 之適用範圍 3.3 type test 3.3 型式試驗 (type test) Test of one or more devices made to a certain design to show that the design meets

General requirements 4. 一般要求 Cord sets and interconnection cord sets shall be so designed and constructed that in normal use their performance is reliable and without danger to the user or surroundings. 電源線組及互連式電源線組其設計與構造應為, 在正常使用時, 其性能可靠且對使用者或周圍環境不致造成危險 Tests shall be made to prove compliance with the requirements laid down in this standard, where applicable. 適當時, 應進行試驗來驗證是否符合本標準中之要求 Tests are as follows: 依下列所述進行試驗 - type tests are made on representative samples of each cord set and interconnection cord set; - 對每 1 件具代表性之電源線組及互連式電源線組試驗樣品進行型式試驗 - routine tests are made on each cord set and interconnection cord set manufactured to this standard, where applicable. - 適當時, 對每 1 件依本標準製造之電源線組及互連式電源線組進行例行試驗 NOTE - Routine tests are specified in annex A. 備考 : 例行試驗於附錄 A 中規範 5. 6 -6- The cord of a cord set or interconnection cord set shall comply with the requirements of IEC or IEC 電源線組或互連式電源線組之電線應符合 IEC60227 或 14796(IEC 60245) 或之要求 Compliance with the requirements for plugs, connectors, plug connectors and cords is checked by the tests specified in the relevant standards. During the test of one component, the influence on the other components of the assembly is ignored. 以相關標準之規定對插頭連接器插頭連接器及電線進行試驗, 來檢查是否符合相關要求對各別組件進行試驗時, 對總成中其他組件所造成之影響可予忽略 The end of a stranded conductor shall not be consolidated by soft soldering at places where the conductor is subject to contact pressure unless the clamping means is designed so as to obviate the risk of a bad contact due to cold flow of the solder. 除以經設計能排除因焊接之冷流所造成接觸不良之風險的夾緊元件來固定外, 受接觸壓力之絞線其末端應不得以焊接來固結 5.2 Requirements for the assembly 5.2 總成之規定 Rated voltage 額定電壓 The rated voltage of the connector and the cord shall be not less than the rated voltage of the plug. For interconnection cord sets the rated voltage of the connector and the plug connector shall be the same. 連接器及電線之額定電壓應不得低於插頭之額定電壓互連式電源線組之連接器及插頭連接器的額定電壓應相同 Rated current 額定電流 The rated current of the plug shall be not less than the rated current of the connector. 插頭之額定電流應不得低於連接器之額定電流 Class of equipment 設備之分類 The plug and the connector shall be of a type intended for the connection of the same class of equipment, as given in IEC 插頭及連接器之防電擊保護等級應與 IEC 對欲連接之設備所規定者相同備考 : IEC Protection against electric shock - Common aspects for installation and equipment A cord set comprising a connector for class II equipment may, however, comprise a plug for class I equipment according to IEC or to other three-pin systems. 電源線組可由 1 個 II 類設備用之連接器, 但亦可由符合 690 所規定之 I 類設備用插頭或其他 3 極 (2 個帶電極加上 1 個接地極 ) 系統所組成

7 Marking 標示 Plugs, connectors and plug connectors shall be marked as specified in the relevant standards. 插頭連接器及插頭連接器應依相關標準之規定標示 Cord sets and interconnection cord sets that are not delivered together with an appliance and of which the plug or the plug connector and the connector have not been made by the same manufacturer shall, in addition, be marked with either the name, trade mark or identification mark of the maker of the complete cord set or interconnection cord set or of the responsible vendor. 不與電器產品一同出貨, 且其插頭或插頭連接器連接器非經相同製造廠商所生產之電源線組與互連式電源線組, 應增加製造廠商名稱商標或電源線組或互連式電源線組的製造廠商代理商之識別標示 This marking shall not only be put on the package. 標示應不得僅標於包裝上 NOTE - The marking of the name, trade mark or identification mark of the maker or responsible vendor may for example be applied on a sleeve provided around the cord set. 備考 : 製造廠商名稱商標或製造廠商代理商之識別標示可標示在繞於電源線組之套管上 Plugs, connectors, cord sets or interconnection cord sets for the connection of class equipment shall not be marked with the symbol for class II construction (the double square). 連接 II 類設備之插頭連接器電源線組或互連式電源線組, 應毋須標示 II 類構造之符號 ( ) Type of cord 電線之型式 The cord of a cord set or interconnection cord set shall be not lighter than the type, and have a cross-sectional area not less than that specified in the following table, depending on the type of connector incorporated in the cord set or interconnection cord set. 電源線組或互連式電源線組所使用之電線, 依電源線組或互連式電源線組所屬之插頭連接器型式, 其絕緣之厚薄 ( 輕重 ) 型式及截面積不得低於表 1 所列的值 NOTE - A cord of a lower IEC code designation (e.g IEC 42) is lighter than a cord of a higher code designation (e.g IEC 53). 備考 : 屬 (IEC) 所規定之數值代碼較低的電線 ( 例如 IEC 42), 其絕緣型式較數值代碼較高者 ( 例如 IEC 53) 為薄 ( 輕 )

10 -10- 備考 : 代碼為 IEC 41 之扁平雙心金屬線, 具有截面積低於 0.5 mm 2 之規格 The length of the cord is measured between the points where the cord or cord guard enters the plug or plug connector and the connector respectively. If there is no definite end, the length is measured from the point where the overall diameter is 1mm more than the outer diameter of the cord. For flat cords, this increased diameter is measured over the larger axis of the cord. 電線之長度係在電線或電線護套引入插頭或插頭連接器之處, 與連接器間所個別量得之長度若未明定電線之終端時, 從總直徑超出電線外徑 1mm 之處起量測扁平電線係在電線較長軸之全長上量測超出直徑 compliance with the requirements is checked by inspection and measurement. 以檢驗及量測來檢查是否符合要求 6. Continuity and polarity 6. 接續能力及極性 In cord sets and interconnection cord sets for use in polarized systems, the continuity between corresponding plug-pins and connector-contacts shall be maintained correctly in each pole. 用於區分極性系統之電源線組及互連式電源線組, 其插頭刃片與對應之連接器刃座的接續能力, 在各極間應保持可靠 Compliance is checked by measurement. 以量測來檢查是否符合要求 7. EMC requirements 7. 電磁相容性之要求 NOTE - Requirements for accessories incorporating electronic components are not included as the need has not yet been established. 備考 : 在無特別需要時, 不對具有電子組件之附件予以要求 7.1 Immunity 7.1 免疫力 cord sets and interconnection cord sets not incorporating electronic components 不具有電子組件之電源線組及互連式電源線組 These cord sets and interconnection cord sets are not sensitive to normal electromagnetic disturbances and therefore no immunity tests are required. 不具有電子組件之電源線組及互連式電源線組對一般之電磁擾動不敏感, 故毋須進行免疫力試驗 7.2 Emission 7.2 發射 Cord sets and interconnection cord sets not incorporating electronic components 不具有電子組件之電源線組及互連式電源線組 These cord sets and interconnection cord sets are not generating electromagnetic

11 -11- disturbances, consequently no emission tests are necessary. 不具有電子組件之電源線組與互連式電源線組不產生電磁擾動, 故毋須進行發射試驗 NOTE - These cord sets and interconnection cord sets may only generate electromagnetic disturbances during occasional operations of insertion and withdrawal of the accessories. The frequency, the level and the consequences of these emissions are considered as part of the normal electromagnetic environment. 備考 : 不具有電子組件之電源線組及互連式電源線組可能僅於附件插入及拔出等偶發操作時始產生電磁擾動發射頻率位準及影響性視為正常電磁環境之特性

12 -12- Annex A 附錄 A (informative) ( 參考 ) Routine tests for factory-wired cord sets and interconnection cord sets related to safety (protection against electric shock and correct polarity) 由工廠所裝配之電源線組及互連式電源線組與安全相關之例行試驗 ( 防電擊保護與正確之極性 ) A.1 General A.1 一般要求 All factory-wired cord sets and interconnection cord sets shall be subjected to the following tests, as appropriate. 所有由工廠裝配之電源線組及互連式電源線組, 應進行下列試驗 Type of accessory Two-pole cord sets and Test to be performed according to clause A.2 interconnection cord sets Three-pole cord sets and A.2, A.3, A.4 interconnection cord sets 附件型式試驗所依據之節次二極電源線組及互連式電源線組 A.2 三極電源線組及互連式電源線組 A.2 A.3 A.4 The test equipment or manufacturing systems shall be such that failed samples are either made unfit for use or separated from satisfactory products in such a way that they cannot be released for sale. 試驗設備或生產系統應使不合格之試驗樣品能處理成無法使用, 或使其無法流出販售, 以與合格之產品區隔 NOTE - Unfit for use means that the accessory is treated in such a way that it cannot fulfill the intended function. It is, however, accepted that repairable products (by a reliable system) may be repaired and retested. 備考 : 無法使用係指將附件處理成無法符合預期之功能然而, 可修復之產品得以可靠之系統加以修復並經重複測試通過後視為合格 It shall be possible by process or manufacturing system to identify that accessories released for sale have been subjected to all the appropriate tests. 加工及生產系統應能確保出貨銷售之附件已符合適當試驗之要求

13 -13- The manufacturer shall maintain records of the tests carried out which show the 製造廠商應保存能揭示下列資訊的試驗紀錄 - type of product; - 產品之型式 ; - date of test; - 試驗之日期 ; - place of manufacture (if manufactured in more than one place); - 生產地 ( 若生產地不只一處時 ); - tested quantity; - 接受試驗之數量 ; - number of failures and actions taken, i.e. destroyed/repaired. - 不合格之數量及採行措施, 例如 : 毀損 / 修復 The test equipment shall be checked before and after each period of use and for periods of continuous use, at least every 24h. During these checks the equipment shall show that it indicates faults when known faulty products are inserted or simulated faults are applied. 進行檢查時, 當不合格之產品插入或施加模擬之故障條件時, 試驗設備應反映出不合格之結果 Products manufactured prior to a check shall only be released for sale if the check is found satisfactory. 在檢查前所生產之產品, 應經檢查能符合相關要求後始得出貨銷售 Test equipment shall be verified (calibrated) at least once a year. 試驗設備每年至少應驗證 ( 校正 ) 一次 Records shall be kept of all checks and any adjustments found necessary. 所有檢查及調校之紀錄應加以保存, 以利查考 A.2 Polarized systems; phase (L) and neutral (N) - Correct connection A.2 區分極性系統, 相極 (L) 及中性極 (N) 之連接正確性 For polarized systems the test shall be made using safety extra-1ow voltage SELV applied for a period of not less than 2s between the L and N pin or contact and the corresponding L and N pin or contact at each end of the cord set or interconnection cord set. 對於區分極性系統, 應在相極及中性極之刃片或接點與對應於電源線組或轉接電源線組各端之相極及中性極之刃片或接點間, 施加時間不超過 2 秒之安全超低電壓 (SELV) 來進行試驗 NOTE - The period of 2s may be reduced to not less than 1s on test equipment with automatic timing. 備考 : 試驗設備具有自動計時裝置時, 2 秒的時間可縮短至不低於 1 秒 Other suitable tests may be used. 亦可採行其他適用之試驗 Polarity shall be correct.

14 -14- 極性應正確 A.3 Earth (E) continuity A.3 接地極 (E) 之接續能力 The test shall be made using SELV applied for a period of not less than 2s between the corresponding E pin or contact of the accessory at each end of the cord set or interconnection cord set. 在對應於電源線組或轉接電源線組各端附件之接地刃片或接點間, 施加時間不超過 2 秒之安全超低電壓來進行試驗 NOTE - The period of 2s may be reduced to not less than 1s on test equipment with automatic timing. 備考 : 試驗設備具有自動計時裝置時, 2 秒的時間可縮短至不低於 1 秒 Other suitable tests may be used. 亦可採行其他適用之試驗 Continuity shall be present. 應能顯示出接續能力 A.4 Short circuit/wrong connection and reduction in creepage distance and clearance L or N to E A.4 短路 / 錯誤連接與相極中性極對接地極間沿面距離及空間距離之縮減 The test shall be made between the L and N conductors and the E conductor 應在相極中性極導體對接地導體間進行試驗 - by applying at the supply end, i.e. plug, an a.c. voltage of 2000 V± 200 V, 50Hz or 60 Hz for a period of not less than 2 s, - 在電源端 ( 即插頭 ) 施加電壓為 2,000 V±200 V, 頻率為 60 Hz 之交流電, 時間不超過 2 秒 NOTE - The period of 2s may be reduced to not less than 1s on test equipment with automatic timing. 備考 : 試驗設備具有自動計時裝置時, 2 秒的時間可縮短至不低於 1 秒 Or 或 - by an impulse voltage test using 1,2/50 µs wave form, 4 kv peak value, three impulses for each pole, with intervals of not less than 1s, the test voltage being applied at the supply end, i.e. plug or plug connector. - 自電源端 ( 即插頭或插頭連接器 ) 輸入, 對每極施加 3 個時間不超過 1 秒, 波形為 1.2/50 µs, 峰值為 4KV 之衝擊波, 來進行衝擊電壓試驗 The L and N conductors may be connected together for this test. 可將相極與中性極相連來進行本項試驗 No flashover shall occur. 應不發生閃絡現象
