Sun Income Secure provides the following benefits or features: Main Benefits: Death or Total and Permanent Disabilty (TPD) benefit In the event of death or TPD 1, you will receive: i) the sum assured; and ii) the account value (if any), less any indebtedness. This plan offers you the security to maintain your lifestyle with the opportunity to continue living a life rich with experiences through these benefits: Guaranteed Yearly Income Enjoy a guaranteed yearly income (GYI) stream for up to 20 years; with Additional 50% GYI for the first 3 years, starting from predetermined retirement age onwards. Protection Coverage Enjoy peace of mind with insurance coverage throughout your life. Potential Investment Return Enjoy potential upside returns, helping to achieve financial freedom. Additional Benefits: Guaranteed yearly income (GYI) benefit Receive guaranteed yearly income for up to 20 years, starting from your pre-selected retirement age. Choose your desired retirement age (50, 55, 60 or 65 years old) and also determine the desired yearly income you wish to receive upon reaching your chosen retirement age. Minimum GYI RM 6,000 Maximum GYI No limit, subject to underwriting As long as all premiums due have been paid prior to your retirement, the GYI benefit is guaranteed and will be paid on annual basis, regardless of the account value. The GYI benefit will be revised according to the reduced paid-up rates upon conversion of the additional benefits of this policy to reduced paid-up, if applicable. The first payment shall commence on the policy anniversary immediately following the life assured s pre-selected retirement age, less any indebtedness. You can choose any of the following options at policy application and can also change your selection throughout policy term: Option (i): Offset the main benefit premium with the GYI amount for 20 years. After the payment of the final GYI, you must either resume paying premium for main benefits until the maturity date or opt for a premium holiday. 1 TPD coverage will expire at the policy anniversary following the life assured s attainment of age 65.

3 Option (ii): Receive full GYI amount and continue to pay the premium for main benefits until the maturity date or opt for a premium holiday. Guaranteed yearly income (GYI) booster benefit On top of the GYI benefit as stated above, an additional of 50% of the GYI amount will be payable to you on annual basis for first 3 years, immediately following the life assured s pre-selected retirement age, less any indebtedness. Death or TPD benefit In addition to the death or TPD payout of the main benefits, you will receive 110% of total premium paid of the additional benefits or 110% of cash value of the additional benefits, whichever is higher upon death/tpd. Note: These additional benefits shall terminate upon the first occurrence of either death or TPD of the life assured or following the final payment of the GYI benefit. Fund strategy: The fund may invest up to 98% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in equities, focusing on investment in shares of companies with growth potential and listed on the main board of Bursa. The asset allocations of the fund are as follows: At least 80% in equities at all times Balance in liquid assets Fund manager: CIMB-Principal Asset Management Fund objective: Provide a balanced investment in equities and bonds. Fund strategy: It will rely on Growth Fund and Conservative Fund according to the following predefined asset allocations of the fund: Growth Fund: 50% Conservative Fund: 50% Fund manager: CIMB-Principal Asset Management Fund Conservative Fund Equity Income Fund Select Asia (ex Japan) Quantum Fund Objective & Strategy Fund objective: Achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in n bonds. Fund strategy: The fund s Net Asset Value (NAV) may be invested in fixed income securities carrying a minimum of AA3 rating by RAM or equivalent rating by MARC, Moody s, S&P or Fitch. The strategy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of approved fixed income securities. The asset allocation of the fund is at least 80% in fixed income securities at all times. Fund manager: CIMB-Principal Asset Management Fund objective: This fund feeds into the CIMB Principal Equity Income Fund ( target fund ) with the objective to provide investors with an opportunity to gain consistent and stable income by investing in a diversified portfolio of dividend yielding equities and fixed income securities. The target fund may also provide moderate capital growth potential over the medium to long-term period. Fund strategy: The target fund may opt to invest in foreign equities up to a maximum of 50% of Net Asset Value (NAV). Such foreign equities must be companies domiciled in, listed in, and/or have significant operations in Asia (ex Japan) markets. The target fund may invest in foreign markets where the regulatory authorities are members of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). The target fund is subject to the limit set by Bank Negara (BNM) and any conditions imposed by the Securities Commission (SC) from time to time. The asset allocation of the target fund is as follows: Equities: Minimum 70%, maximum 98%; Investing into diversified portfolio of dividend yielding equities and/or fixed income securities Liquid assets: Minimum 2% of target fund s NAV Equities selection for the funds: Asian (ex Japan) equities Fund manager: CIMB-Principal Asset Management Fund objective: This fund feeds into the Affin Hwang Select Asia (ex Japan) Quantum Fund ( target fund ) with the objective to achieve consistent capital appreciation over medium to long-term by investing mainly in growth companies in Asia (ex Japan) with market capitalisation of not more than USD 1.5 billion at the time of acquisition, subject to the flexibility of investing up to 25% of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the target fund in companies in Asia (ex Japan) with

These companies would have the potential to achieve strong rates of growth, as well as key investment and sectoral themes prevailing in the market at any period in time. The asset allocation of the target fund is as follows: Equities: Minimum 75%, maximum 99.80% Liquid assets: The remaining balance Equities selection for the funds: Asian (ex Japan) equities Fund manager: Affin Hwang Asset Management Fund objective: This fund feeds into CIMB Principal Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Fund ( target fund ) with the objective to provide regular income by investing primarily in the Asia Pacific (ex Japan) region and at the same time aims to achieve capital appreciation over the medium to long-term. Fund strategy: The target fund will be managed through investment in the Asia Pacific (ex Japan) region regardless of market conditions. The companies invested in must be domiciled in, and/ or have significant operations in Asia Pacific (ex Japan). Under general conditions, the target fund s investment will focus on high dividend yielding equities of companies and companies with good growth potential. The target fund may also invest up to 15% of the target fund s Net Asset Value (NAV) in fixed income instruments. The target fund s fixed income investments will generally be restricted to securities rated at least a minimum credit rating of BBB3 or P2 by RAM or equivalent rating by MARC or by local rating agency(ies) of the country or BB by S&P or equivalent rating by Moody s or Fitch. The asset allocation of the target fund is as follows: Equities: Minimum 70%, maximum 98% Fixed income instruments: Maximum 15% Liquid assets: Minimum 2% Equities selection for the fund: Asia Pacific (ex Japan) equities Fund manager: CIMB-Principal Asset Management Global Titans Fund Select Bond Fund Fund objective: This fund feeds into CIMB Principal Global Titans Fund ( target fund ) with the objective to achieve medium to long-term capital gains by investing into the U.S, Europe and Japan equities while having some equities exposure to counter the shortterm volatility in the global equities markets. Fund strategy: The target fund invests at least 50% of its Net Asset Value (NAV) in 3 collective investment schemes, subject to a maximum of 98% of its NAV. It may invest in n securities but only up to 50% of its NAV. The target fund seeks to give investors a broad exposure to 3 global regions which attract over 90% of global investment monies in equities. This will be achieved by investing in 3 PGI funds which invest into these 3 markets. The asset allocation of the target fund is as follows: Equities: Minimum 50%, maximum 98% Liquid assets: The remaining balance Equities selection for the funds: PGI US Equity Fund, PGI European Equity Fund, PGI Japanese Equity Fund and equities * PGI Funds refer to Principal Global Investors Funds Fund manager: CIMB-Principal Asset Management Fund objective: This fund feeds into Affin Hwang Select Bond Fund ("target fund") with the objective to provide a steady income stream over medium to long-term period by investing primarily in bonds and fixed income securities. Fund strategy: The target fund is investing a minimum 70% of the fund s NAV in bonds which consists of government and corporate bonds and a maximum 30% of the fund s NAV in money market instruments and/or deposits. The asset allocation of the target fund is as follows: Bond: Minimum of 70% Liquid assets: Maximum of 30% Fund manager: Affin Hwang Asset Management

7 Fees and charges (only applicable for the main benefits) Cost of Insurance (COI) Service charge Fund switching charges Partial withdrawal charges Fund management charges (FMC) Commissions Commissions are deducted based on the premium paid and are borne by the policy owner. (1) Commission of main benefits 3 is as follow (% of premium): Premium year The COI shall be due on the policy issue date and on every monthly anniversary thereafter. The COI will be deducted from the account value through cancellation of units. RM 5.00 (inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST 2 ) per policy per month will be deducted from the account value through cancellation of units in each fund at the proportion according to account value. No charges for the first 3 fund switches in every policy year. Subsequent switches are subject to a charge of RM 50 (inclusive of GST 2 ) per switch. RM 50 (inclusive of GST 2 ) per transaction from the partial withdrawal amount. Please refer to the Fund Fact Sheet for details and charges. Note: All fees and charges are not guaranteed and any changes will be notified to you by giving you at least 3 months notice prior to the effective date. Commission rate and onwards 0.00 (2) Commission of additional benefits 3 is as follow (% of premium): Premium term Premium year (3) For scheduled/single top-up premium, 3.75% commission is payable. Exclusions Note: This list is non-exhaustive. Please refer to the policy documents for further information on exclusions. Death benefit exclusion No death benefit shall be payable if the death is due to suicide (while sane or insane) within 12 months from the policy commencement date or the last reinstatement date, whichever is later. In this case, the policy will be terminated and only the account value (if any) and/or the total premiums paid of the additional benefits without interest (if any) as at date of death, will be payable. TPD benefit exclusion No TPD benefit shall be payable if the TPD of the life assured results from the following: a) Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or related complexes/conditions; 2 The Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 is currently 0%. The prevailing rate of GST is subject to change. 3 Production bonus (5% of the 1 st year insurance premium) and persistency bonus (10% of 2 nd and 3 rd year insurance premium) are payable and borne by policy owner.

8 b) Active duty in any navy, army, air force, military, fire service, civil defense, police or law enforcement organisation; c) Attempted suicide (whether sane or insane), immorality or intentional self-injury (whether sane or insane); d) Being under the influence of intoxicating liquor, intoxicating substance, any narcotic or drugs; e) Entering, operating or servicing, ascending or descending from or with any aerial device or conveyance except while the life assured is in an aircraft operated by a commercial passenger airline on a regular schedule passenger trip over its established passenger route; f) Involvement in a breach of criminal law (unless as an innocent party) or membership of any illegal organization; or g) Strike, riot, civil commotion, rebellion, war (whether declared or not). Manfaat matang Apabila manfaat-manfaat utama matang pada umur orang yang diinsuranskan 99 tahun, anda akan menerima: i) jumlah yang diinsuranskan; dan ii) nilai akaun (jika ada), menolak sebarang keterhutangan. Manfaat-manfaat Tambahan: Manfaat pendapatan tahunan terjamin (GYI) Menerima pendapatan tahunan terjamin sehingga 20 tahun, bermula dari umur persaraan yang anda pilih. Manfaat pendorong pendapatan tahunan terjamin (GYI) Selain daripada manfaat GYI seperti yang dinyatakan di atas, tambahan 50% daripada jumlah GYI akan dibayar kepada anda setiap tahun untuk 3 tahun pertama sejurus selepas umur persaraan yang telah dipilih bagi orang yang diinsuranskan, setelah menolak sebarang keterhutangan. Manfaat kematian atau TPD Selain bayaran kematian atau TPD untuk manfaat-manfaat utama, anda akan menerima tambahan sebanyak 110% daripada jumlah premium yang telah dibayar untuk manfaat-manfaat tambahan ini atau 110% daripada nilai tunai untuk manfaat-manfaat tambahan ini, yang mana lebih tinggi apabila berlaku kematian/tpd. 13 Dana Objektif & Strategi Dana Objektif & Strategi Dana Sun Life Select Asia (ex Japan) Quantum Dana Sun Life Asia Pacific Dynamic Income Objektif dana: Dana ini melabur ke dalam Dana Affin Hwang Select Asia (ex Japan) Quantum ( dana sasaran ) dengan objektif untuk mencapai peningkatan modal konsisten dalam jangka sederhana ke jangka panjang dengan melabur terutamanya dalam syarikatsyarikat pertumbuhan di Asia (kecuali Jepun) dengan modal pasaran yang tidak melebihi USD 1.5 bilion pada masa perolehan, tertakluk kepada fleksibiliti untuk melabur sehingga 25% daripada Nilai Aset Bersih (NAB) dana sasaran dalam syarikat-syarikat di Asia (kecuali Jepun) dengan modal pasaran tidak melebihi USD 3.0 bilion pada masa perolehan. Strategi dana: Dana sasaran melabur sekurangkurangnya 50% daripada Nilai Aset Bersih (NAB) dalam 3 skim pelaburan kolektif, tertakluk kepada maksimum 98% daripada NAB. Ia boleh melabur dalam sekuriti tetapi hanya sehingga 50% daripada NAB. Dana sasaran bertujuan untuk memberi pelabur pendedahan yang luas untuk 3 rantau global yang menarik lebih daripada 90% wang pelaburan global dalam ekuiti. Ini akan dicapai dengan melabur dalam 3 dana-dana PGI yang melabur ke dalam 3 pasaran ini. 14 Dana Dana Sun Life Select Bond Yuran-yuran dan caj-caj (Hanya terpakai bagi manfaatmanfaat utama) Kos insurans Kos insurans perlu dibayar pada tarikh polisi dikeluarkan dan pada setiap ulangtahun bulanan selepasnya. Kos insurans akan ditolak daripada nilai akaun melalui pembatalan unit-unit. Caj perkhidmatan RM 5.00 (termasuk Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan (CBP 2 )) setiap polisi setiap bulan akan ditolak daripada nilai akaun melalui pembatalan unit-unit dalam setiap dana mengikut perkadaran berdasarkan nilai akaun. Caj penukaran dana Caj pengeluaran separa Caj pengurusan dana (FMC) Objektif & Strategi Objektif dana: Dana ini melabur ke dalam Dana Affin Hwang Select Bond ("dana sasaran") dengan objektif untuk memberi aliran pendapatan yang stabil dalam jangka sederhana hingga jangka panjang melalui pelaburan terutamanya di dalam bon-bon dan sekuriti pendapatan tetap. 15 Pengecualian-pengecualian Nota: Senarai ini adalah tidak menyeluruh. Sila rujuk kepada dokumen-dokumen polisi untuk maklumat lanjut mengenai pengecualian-pengecualian. Pengecualian untuk manfaat kematian Manfaat kematian tidak akan dibayar sekiranya orang yang diinsuraskan membunuh diri (sama ada waras atau tidak waras) dalam tempoh 12 bulan dari tarikh polisi dikeluarkan atau tarikh pengembalian semula, yang mana lebih lewat. Dalam keadaan ini, polisi ini akan ditamatkan dan nilai akaun (jika ada) dan/atau jumlah premium bagi manfaat-manfaat tambahan yang dibayar tanpa faedah (jika ada) pada tarikh kematian, akan dibayar. Pengecualian untuk manfaat TPD Tiada manfaat TPD akan dibayar sekiranya TPD orang yang diinsuranskan adalah disebabkan oleh: a) Sindrom Kurang Daya Tahan Penyakit (AIDS) atau komplikasi/ keadaan yang berkenaan; b) Berkhidmat secara aktif dalam mana-mana tentera laut, tentera darat, tentera udara, pasukan ketenteraan, perkhidmatan berkaitan kebakaran, pertahanan awam, polis atau organisasi penguatkuasaan undang-undang; c) Percubaan membunuh diri (sama ada waras atau tidak waras), perbuatan tidak bermoral atau kecederaan sengaja ke atas diri sendiri (sama ada waras atau tidak waras); d) Berada di bawah pengaruh minuman keras, bahan yang memabukkan, sebarang narkotik atau dadah; e) Memasuki, mengendali atau menyelenggara, naik atau turun dari atau dengan menggunakan apa-apa peranti atau pengangkutan udara melainkan ketika orang yang diinsuranskan itu berada dalam sesebuah pesawat yang dikendalikan oleh syarikat penerbangan penumpang komersial yang dalam perjalanan tetap berjadual membawa penumpang menggunakan laluan penumpangnya yang telah ditetapkan; f) Terlibat dalam perlanggaran undang-undang (kecuali sebagai pihak yang tidak bersalah) atau menjadi ahli mana-mana organisasi haram; atau g) Mogok, rusuhan, kekacauan awam, pemberontakan, perang (sama ada diisytiharkan atau tidak). Nota-nota Penting 1) Ini adalah produk insurans yang berkait dengan prestasi aset-aset yang mendasarinya, dan ia bukanlah produk pelaburan semata-mata seperti unit amanah. 2) Ini adalah risalah produk dan bukan dokumen kontrak polisi. Maklumat yang terkandung di dalam risalah ini boleh diubah tanpa memberi sebarang notis. 3) Anda seharusnya berpuas hati bahawa pelan ini memenuhi keperluan anda dan memastikan bahawa premium yang perlu dibayar di bawah pelan ini adalah amaun yang anda mampu bayar. 4) Anda boleh membatalkan polisi anda dalam tempoh 15 hari selepas ia dihantar. Amaun bayaran balik yang anda terima adalah jumlah premium tidak diperuntukkan, nilai akaun pada tarikh penilaian seterusnya dan sebarang kos insurans serta caj perkhidmatan yang telah dipotong, ditambah dengan premium bagi manfaat-manfaat tambahan yang telah dibayar, selepas menolak sebarang perbelanjaan yang ditanggung untuk sebarang pengunderaitan perubatan yang diperlukan. 5) Sekiranya anda membatalkan polisi anda pada tahun-tahun awal, anda mungkin mendapat kembali amaun yang kurang daripada jumlah yang telah anda bayar. 6) Sekiranya anda tidak membayar premium dalam tempoh tenggang 31 hari, polisi akan luput atau berhenti berkuatkuasa selepas tempoh tenggang, melainkan polisi ini dikekalkan penguatkuasaannya di bawah peruntukan cuti premium untuk manfaat-manfaat utama dan peruntukan insurans berbayar terkurang untuk manfaat-manfaat tambahan. 7) Amaun premium yang dibayar boleh dituntut sebagai pelepasan cukai pendapatan, tertakluk kepada Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri. 8) Semua cukai, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada sebarang cukai barangan dan perkhidmatan, dan/atau lain-lain bentuk cukai jualan atau kepenggunaan, sama ada yang berkuatkuasa pada masa ini atau dilaksanakan selepas tarikh polisi akan dikenakan mengikut undang-undang yang berkenaan pada kadar semasa.
