Initial situation Passive House Technology Experience Center, Sino-German Ecopark Qingdao General requirements for a passive house: primary energy consumption < 120 kwh/(m² a) air tightness < 0,6 1/h high levels of energy efficiency in all technical installations minimum electricity consumption of pumps and fans Additional requirements in this project: climatic conditions high athmospheric moisture, high temperatures diverse/varying utilization units congress, office, accomodation, fitness center, cafe/restaurant
Aim Realization of passive house-standard with corresponding engineering concept: central ventilation system with the following tasks: - heating - cooling - dehumidifying heat generation and refrigeration by the use of water to water heat pump (photovoltaics)
