The traveler must be designated by the purchaser in the application form at the time of product purchase. The purchaser does not have to be the traveler him/herself. 3. 套票在有效期到期之前, 可以申请延期 6 个月, 延期手续费 1500 美元 ; 延期后的套票航段, 须在延期当日起 6 个月内使用 ; 套票不能申请第二次延期 该产品的所有购买航段必须按顺序使用 Before a combo expires, it can only be extended once for a period of 6 months with a transaction fee of 1500USD. All the extended segments of the combo must be used within that 6-month period. A combo cannot be further extended for a second time. All purchased segments of this product must be used in sequential order. 4. 在航班例外日期 ( 表 2) 之外, 每个航班为该产品留有固定数量的座位, 先订先得 建议您尽早订座出票或提供一个以上的出行日期作为选择, 以免出现没有座位的情况 When it is not a flight blackout date listed in the Table 2, there will only be a certain number of business class seats of each flight designated for this product. Our ticketing is built upon a first-come-first-serve basis. We highly recommend you to either contact us for ticket issuance as soon as possible or come up with a second preference for flight departure date. 5. 在航班例外日期之外, 当航班上为该产品所留有的座位售尽时, 您可以选择择日出行或者选购航班上其他价位的公务舱 / 经济舱座位 当您选购航班上更高价位的公务舱座位, 您将在出票订座时被要求补齐票价差价, 金鹏俱乐部里程则按套票价格累积 当您选购航班上的经济舱座位, 票价差价不会退还给您 When it is not a flight blackout date listed in the Table 2 and all the productdesignated business class seats of the flight are sold out, you may choose to book on a different flight or go with a different price -tier business/economy class seat of the same flight. When you choose to book a higher price-tier business class seat, you will be charged the fare difference and mileage will be accumulated based on
the combo price if you are a Fortune Wings Club member. When you choose to book an economy class seat, you will not be refunded the fare difference. 6. 购买套票时, 您需要书面指定所购买的航线和相应的航段数量 订座出票时, 可以选择将购买的原航线更改为表 1 中的其他航线 若更改后的新航线价格高于原航线, 您将会被要求补齐航线差价 ; 若更改后的新航线价格低于原航线, 航线差价将不会退还给您 The flight route(s) and number of segments must be selected at the time of product purchase. Once the product is purchased, flight route changes are allowed at the time of ticket issuance. If a segment of the original flight route is cheaper, you will be charged the fare difference. If a segment of the original flight route is more expensive, you will not be refunded the fare difference. 7. 套票内的每个航段必须提前 14 天订座出票 若无法提前 14 天并需要紧急订座出票, 您将会被要求补齐与当日散客公务舱票价的差价 ; 若当日散客公务舱票价低于套票价格, 票价差价将不会退还给您 All segments must be booked and ticketed at least 14 days in advance. If you need to book a ticket within 14 days of the departure date, you will be charged the fare difference if the segment sells more expensive than the combo price at the moment of ticket issuance. 8. 这是一款海南航空直销促销产品, 不得与其他优惠政策同时购买和使用 This is a promotional product directly sold by Hainan Airlines to passengers.
