The Int l Competition Power of Chinese Motorcycle Industry Enterprises
FANG Ji- hong (Zhuhai Hui Hai Development Co., Ltd, 519015, China) Abstract: Motorcycle industry of China is a big but not a competitive one in the world. This paper focuses on discussing of the problems which motorcycle enterprises in China face with and the strategies which can improve the competition of Chinese enterprises. Three factors should be thought about in the strategy, they are: Technology Innovation, Strategic Reengineering, and Outside Environment.
