新加坡武术龙狮总会 2017 年新春佳节龙狮采青条规 1. 新春佳节龙狮采青 是由新加坡武术龙狮总会与人民协会联合管制与颁发, 给有意申请之总会属下会员, 民众俱乐部 / 联络所管委会, 居民委员会及教育机构的龙狮团体申 请 2. 采青准证只准在规定日期内 ( 年除夕至元宵,2017 年 1 月 27 日至 2 月 11 日 ) 采青, 不得擅自改换 时间是从上午八时至晚上九时进行 3. 申请团体必须完整填妥与盖章随函附上正本表格, 连同 $160.50 采青准证费 ( 以支票或亲临总会以现款或电子转账付款 ), 于 2017 年 1 月 2 日 ( 星期一 ) 下午 5 点之前寄回总 会 ( 划线支票, 收款人请注明 新加坡武术龙狮总会 ) 逾期申请者必须另交 $53.50 行政费 总数为 $214.00 申请时, 总会会员必须缴清 2016 财政年度之会员费, 并附上 有效社团或商业注册证明副本一份 所有申请者也必须附上龙狮教练证书副本一份 没 完整填妥的申请表格或资料不齐, 总会将恕不接受 4. 采青准证应贴在车头档风镜的左边明显处 5. 准证持有者, 在整个采青过程中必须随队在场并确保其队员行为良好, 服装端正 所有车辆必须遵守交通规则应尽量靠左驾驶, 不得阻碍交通 6. 确保队伍没拥有非法武器 不可运用恐吓与不文雅的语言与手势或纠众殴打 7. 采青队伍应在事先预定的地点采青, 而不准沿街沿户进行 8. 确保整个采青过程中, 不可乱抛垃圾并保持沿途的清洁 9. 确保采青队伍在路上如有敲锣击鼓相遇时, 双方应互相擂鼓敬礼 10. 采青队伍若在相同宝号或住宅采青时应以 先到先采 若在隔邻宝号或住宅采青时相遇, 应互相招应才可进行采青 领队者应互相交换团体名贴或锦旗, 以示和气 11. 采青队伍不得无故阻止及干扰持有采青准证者进行采青 12. 总会属下会员, 民众俱乐部 / 联络所管委会 / 居委会 / 学校必须持有采青准证才能进行采青 队伍如被发现没持有采青准证而出队者, 将受本条规以下第 14 条规纪律处分 13. 持有采青准证者, 不准转让或商借准证, 违例者纪律处分 14. 警方 / 本总会将严格实行所定下的条规, 不遵守条规者将会被提控及内部纪律处分 严重违反以上条规的团体 / 教练, 三年内不得申请采青准证及参与总会所举办的任何活动 请各属会严格遵守条规
SINGAPORE WUSHU DRAGON & LION DANCE FEDERATION 2017 CHINESE NEW YEAR DRAGON & LION DANCE CAIQING CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS 1. The 2017 Chinese New Year Dragon & Lion Dance Caiqing permit is jointly issued by Singapore Wushu Dragon & Lion Dance Federation (SWDLDF) and People s Association. Only SWDLDF affiliated members, Community Clubs/Centres and Educational Institutions are eligible to apply. 2. The permit is issued for a restricted period from 8am to 9pm daily between 27 January 2017 (Lunar New Year Eve) till 11 February 2017 (15 th day of Lunar New Year). 3. Interested organizations are requested to fill in the attached application form together with the application fees of $160.50 and send to the Secretariat by 5pm on 2 January 2017. Incomplete application will be rejected. Late application shall be subjected to an additional charge of $53.50. All SWDLDF affiliated members must pay their membership fees or any arrears up to FY 2016. Payment must be submitted together with a photocopy of the valid Registry of Societies or ACRA registration and a photocopy of their Dragon/Lion Dance Coaches Certification. 4. The permit shall be pasted on the left-front windscreen of the main vehicle. 5. The permit holder shall follow the troupe to ensure proper conduct and discipline of the troupers. All vehicles must strictly adhere to the traffic rules and regulations, keep to the left side of the road and not obstruct the free flow of traffic. 6. No offensive weapons are allowed. Troupes should not use any indecent/threatening or abusive words or behave in a manner likely to provoke fights or breach public peace. 7. All participating troupes shall visit the pre-selected places only and are not allowed to perform from house-to-house. 8. Ensure that there is no littering along the routes, assembly and dispersal areas. 9. If participating troupes of different organizations happen to meet on the same road/street, they should exchange compliments and respects by beating their drums. 10.If on any occasion, more than one troupe meets and wishes to perform at the same household or premises, then a first-come, first-performed basis should be observed. Participating troupes of different organizations who are performing at neighbouring households should also exchange compliments before their performance. Leaders should exchange greeting cards or their organizations silk flags. 11. Participating troupes should not interfere or obstruct the performance of other authorized troupes. 12. Participating troupes must have the Caiqing permit to perform caiqing, failing which they shall be punishable under Rule 14 of this set of Conditions and Restrictions. 13. Participating troupes are not allowed to transfer or loan their permit to other organizations. 14. Participating troupes shall strictly adhere to the above-mentioned conditions and restrictions. Offenders shall be prosecuted by law and disciplinary actions from SWDLDF. Any organizations/instructors who fail to comply with the above-mentioned conditions and restrictions, shall not be allowed to apply for Caiqing permit for 3 years and will be banned from participating in any activities organized by SWDLDF.
