This is Headline H1 This is Headline H2 Four-stroke standard operation able to perform engine starting, stopping, and operating procedures under normal conditions. They will also be able to identify and analyze the engine s normal and abnormal operating parameters. Additionally they will understand the maintenance intervals and correct maintenance procedures. The course applies to 16/24, 21/31, 32/40, 32/44CR, 51/60DF, PC2, PA6 engine types. Four-stroke standard maintenance understand how to safely operate the engine. They will also understand how to conduct maintenance tasks following correct procedures. Additionally the use of hydraulic tensioning tools and an introduction to the engine control system will be included. The course applies to 16/24, 21/31, 32/40, 32/44CR, 51/60DF, PC2, PA6 engine types. Four-stroke engine Common Rail technology including SaCoS one understand the Common Rail (CR) injection principle, and how to troubleshoot the system. In addition, they will understand the SaCoS one engine safety and control system, and how to change modules on the system using SaCoS one toolbox. Four-stroke Gas/Dual Fuel Technology including SaCoS one understand the gas related technologies of MAN Diesel & Turbo Gas and Dual Fuel engines, including the plant relatedgas safety concept. In addition, they will understand the SaCoS one engine safety and control system, and how to change modules on the system. The course applies to 51/60DF engine type. Turbocharger standard maintenance understand the components and functionality of the turbocharger. They will also understand how to perform correct maintenance procedures. The course applies to TCA, TCR, NA and NR type turbochargers. ASU (Air Separator Unit) be familiarized with ASU (Air Separator Unit) and have confidence to operate it safely and efficiently. In addition, they will understand how to detect the potential malfunction on the unit and perform fault-finding. Turbolog control system familiarized with the Turbolog control system and have confidence to operate it safely and efficiently. In addition, they will understand how to detect the potential malfunction on the unit and perform fault-finding. Four-stroke engine automation: SaCoS one able to identify and locate all the system components on the engine. They will also understand how to navigate the LOP panel menu structures.
